The full breakfast buffet was great the location was outstanding and the employees are awsome Alma and Eric at the front desk rock!! its walking distance to everything the fashion center mall is directly across the street so is walmart and no kidding 50 restaurants surrounded the hotel the last 2 times I stayed I didn't rent a car I walked or took a 5 dollar lyft ride it's a super safe location and it's beautiful in chandler trust me your gonna love it 😀

My only dislike and it's not a complaint is it dosent have a full kitchen and a separate bed room like it's big brother the ressidence in marriott that is directly beside it were I usually stay but it's always sold out but don't worry it's a marriott hotel and you will love it

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The suite we had was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay in Chandler. What really sets this hotel apart is the service of the staff. Every single staff member we interacted with went out of their way to make sure our stay was the best. They really know how to do customer service right! The full breakfast far exceeded what other hotels usually offer. Staff kept the breakfast buffet full right up to the end, no running out of food if you were one of the last to get there. The breakfast space was large, comfortable and staffed well. We loved the scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and hot coffee. There was also so many options, something for everyone. The fitness center and pool were clean. Add to that ample parking, round the clock service, comfortable beds, and it added up to a wonderful experience! Will definitely recommend and stay here again!

The only thing I would change is perhaps a bit brighter lighting in the sink/vanity area. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Lots of space in our twin queen room ,breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from hot and cold , very fresh and tasty.location was perfect for us to visit family, and fantastic for shopping will large mall just across the road , and plenty of restaurants all within walking distance.

I personally would have like somewhere to cook an easy meal , as we were there for 10 nights , restaurants are very close by but eating out every evening was a bit to much for us ,

I really like the hotel and the upkeep of the hotel. Most of the staff was polite and courteous. The breakfast was delightful.

I was treated like a throwaway because of a misunderstanding with the deposit. I guess because of my race, the attendant assumed I wasn't going to or couldn't pay. But she was wrong. I felt unwelcomed afterwards. I let the front desk attendant know about the incident, and I won't be returning.

The staff were very helpful. Especially during breakfast time, I had my son in one arm and was trying to serve my oldest. One of the employees were very helpful once she noticed me, then offered to help. The staff who managed the pool were also very helpful with getting our beach toy out of the filter. The front desk was also very generous when we did a late check out.

Breakfast excellent , potatoes and peppers and biscuits and gravy were excellent !!!!! Plenty of juices and cereal for my 23 month grandchild , I would like waffles that I make myself , but I understand because of the pandemic things change , however the toaster that you heat the pre- made waffles was a disgrace, dirty, and too small of a opening for waffles to pop up . Microwave maybe better with heating directions , but a larger 4 slot toaster would be fine . Sorry to ding you on that , I only bring it up to be helpful

I like the location of the hotel, near many stores and restaurants; conveniently off the highway. The room was clean and all staff members were helpful and friendly. I had to get my room key reactivated a couple times during my stay, not sure if it was the excessive heat that caused the issue. The staff assisted me both times with ease. The pool is located outside which is a downside for me due to the excessive hot temperatures at this time of year in Arizona, but if you like hot weather then the pool will be perfect. The shower water drained slow also, but didn’t feel the need to report it. Otherwise the property is in great condition and updated. I will stay again.

It is close to restaurants and shopping centers, room is clean and cozy. Loved their breakfast, non stop refilling their food. Ermagene is helpful and speed up our check in process.

Pool is small so we have to let other guests finish before we get in the water..

Comfy and clean

They charged $15 for parking per night. So an additional $30 above the total price from booking .com. Why is this not just included with the price. BS!!! They are no where near airport. So everyone is gonna have a car.

The room was great, clean and spacious. The general area was quite and there where several chain restaurants within walking distance across the street (5mins or less). Starbucks 10 mins or less. The pool was open and all areas where clean. Would stay again.

I wish the inside restaurant was open but due to COVID in 2021 the government still has things closed. The CONSTANT use a mask is ridiculous since many states have rescinded the use.
