Comfort Inn Greenville I-65

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable and spacious. Lots of pillows on the beds of soft and a little firmer to fit who ever. Enjoyed the warm breakfast,muffins biscuits oatmeal and juice /waffle machine as well as yogurt and coffee. Lots of options for even us as vegetarians.

We wish the gravy didn't have meat in it as we are vegetarian so waffle cereal and pastries yogurt were our only options. Very few muffins mostly bran . Wish there was flavored creamers for the coffee not just half and half. Over all not much wrong at all.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly. When we arrived the lobby was very clean and neat. When we got to our 2 rooms both were roomy and comfortable. We were traveling with 7 in our party and everyone was comfortable. We came for a family reunion and it was nice to see other family members were staying there also. I was pleasantly surprised as some of the reviews were not complimentary.

The breakfast could have been better. At best it was average. Some fresh fruit options would have been nice.

Well, glad you asked….we stayed at a 4 star luxury hotel in Montgomery, AL. and if you compare Comfort Inn with the luxury hotel…Comfort in was great, it had a microwave, the beds were more comfortable and it had a large frig. I loved my stay and staff was great.

Well, our room had a handicapped bathroom which I like all the extra handles because the tub was the most slippery out of the 4 hotels we stayed at. An older person could seriously be injured with a fall when stepping in. It needs anti slip strips placed in the tub for the safety of the guest and security and peace of mind for the hotel. That is my ONLY complaint, nice spacious bathroom and room though.

Staff was helpful, liked the overall look of the hotel. Our room was clean, roomy and comfortable. Easy to get on and off the freeway. The price was very competitive.

Would have liked a little more variety of foods.

Comfy queen beds.....some hotels advertise queen beds but they're full size. The room wasn't especially large but an adequate size. When traveling with a pet, we often find the floors in the room assigned aren't carpeted but Comfort Inn provided carpeted floors....which we prefer. The front desk clerk was especially professional and personable which was much appreciated after a long day of driving.

The hotel was a little difficult to locate, especially at night. Nothing but coffee available for breakfast. Thought at least "to go bags" would be provided. Other hotels offered muffins, fruit, protein bars and juice packs. Don't see why hard boiled eggs or individually wrapped bakery products can't be available.

I told Booking dot com about our dog to make sure it was OK. Returned email said they were informed send all was fine. There would be no extra charge. I was not given the room we booked and charged $60 more for the dog. Room smelled like dog and there was a hairy chair

The room was very nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating

The only part I didn't like was that you didn't have to have the key to get into the sides and back entrance. The key lock was just turned off or broken, because no matter what time I went outside. I never needed a key to get back in. I also opened my fridge and found an old yahoo chocolate milk, half empty in the fridge.

I'm originally from Greenville and was in town for one night. Perfect spot, plenty places around to eat. Would definitely book here again if come into town!!!

Great area to walk my dogs. Nice pool, gazebo, grill area in the back, very quiet. Great staff, breakfast female worker went above and beyond to make you smile

Walls thin, can hear other room conversations etc

Good location. Good people. Very clean. And the breakfast was the best!

Curtains need to be clipped close. I would have like to see my car outside the window.
