Best Western Greenville Inn

The staff was friendly and the facility was quiet. The breakfast was good and had some hot options like sausage and biscuits and gravy which was nice in addition to the usual waffles and cereal.

No big complaints. Only minor. There was a slighty musty smell when the ac came on but it went away after a bit. And I wasn't personally a fan of the pillows but they were very soft I'm just not a soft pillow person

When we arrived late evening, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. She made sure all of our questions were answered before we even asked. She's a definite asset to this hotel!!

No elevator for second-floor rooms. The stairs were easy enough to navigate but those with physical limitations may find it difficult. Housekeeping and replenishing towels are on a request-only basis during your stay.

It was convenient. Facilities were adequate. Giant curry plants inside the vestibule. They cleaned the room.

They obviously do not spend any more than they have to. There was paint inside the bathtub to cover up scuffs, which was weird. The doors had new locks, but weren't repainted, so you could see where the old locks had been. The bed was oddly lumpy. It was a nonsmoking room, but smelled of smoke, but at least they did not cover it up with air freshener, which would have been worse. No TV remote in room.

Breakfast needed more fruit. Only had 2 apples out at 7:30am. No other fruit. No jelly for toast or beagles. Area was a bit of a mess... kids were there without parents there were many messy tables and plat of food dropped on the floor and no one picked it up for a bit.

I like the Manger and the staff the Manger remembered me from last year and was extremely exceptional through our whole stay.

If a person has oxygen they have to climb stairs my sister wasn't accommodated

Room was spacious. Bed very comfortable. Lots of outlets to charge various electronics. Room climate very comfortable and quiet. Large vanity and sink area.

Breakfast food not replenished after 8:30. Coffee urn empty at 8:30. Had to wait 20 + min for coffee to be made.

Great proximity to I-65. Larger room size. Appreciated the refrigerator, microwave, and upholstered chair.

No outlet by the side of the bed closest to the wall. Loud fan on if bathroom light left on (for walking) during the night-no way too shut fan off. Desk lamp didn't work.

Good location

I asked for my 2 rooms to be close and was told ok. One room was on the 1st floor and the other was on the 2nd floor. I was told when you book through Booking.com they don't let the hotel know you want them close.

Stayed in rm 209. Clean, comfortable bed, everything in working order (tv, frig), very cold a/c..even had a nice coconut scent in the room. Felt like I was on a beach. Stayed on a week day so it was quiet. Front desk polite and friendly. Would definitely stay again. Fyi..if you pay in cash, you will need to put $100 deposit for incidentals that you get back when you ck out.

All was good.

We always try to find a Best Western. We always find them convenient and clean. Most of them have been updated with very nice decor for the value.

Did need some updating . The furniture and carpet was kind of old , it was clean and the staff was nice.
