I am wheat and dairy free so I took my own breakfast, but if I had not been (or had said earlier) there was and perhaps would have been some food for me there. This was not an issue as I had brought what I needed and was not paying for breakfast included. I enjoyed the warmth of the place and the lovely bath and shower. The ambience was lovely, beautifully decorated and it was quiet.

it would have been lovely to have something across the front door window as I did not feel enclosed and felt a bit exposed in the kitchen/ dining room. It would have been great to have a couple of herbal tea options and perhaps some de caff tea/coffee too. The sky internet was in and out, mainly ok but I was not working so it was fine.

This accommodation comprises 2 double rooms in an annexe behind the hosts' home. Each room has its own bathroom, one with bath and shower, the other only with shower. There is a central eating space between each lockable room, with fridge and microwave. Each room has tea/coffee making facilities and hand basin. The rooms are stylishly decorated and homely, and beds very comfortable. Breakfast: a range of cereals and fresh milk in the eating area. Cooked breakfast available - need to order the evening before. Jane and John delivered to us at the agreed time. The property is easy to find, has parking and is really secluded and quiet. It was brilliant for 3 friends away to celebrate another friend's big birthday! Jane and John were very personable and helpful in providing taxi details.

We didn't realise that cooked breakfast costs extra, however this was only £5/head so very good value, tasty and nicely presented with fresh coffee.

Very quiet and peaceful. Cooked breakfast at £5.00 lovely. Single bed comfortable. My friend slept in the double. Very well equipped and easy to book a taxi for our party. Was no rush to check out so we took our time.

Shower was great. Took a little time to get temperature right but lovely. Would just say though if you slipped over there’s nothing to hold onto. Would recommend a handle rail for safety. Wished I’d remembered to take my slippers as hard floor in the kitchen bit.

A really delightful little village setup, very easy to find, the facilities were in my opinion great, Wifi was adequate, parking was fine with more than enough room to manouvre large vehicles, there was also a local pub/restaurant across the road for afternoon/evening meals aswell. if im ever in the area again, i wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The set up was good, having your own entrance. The breakfast that we paid extra for, was great! Very good value for money, and was delivered to the breakfast area at the time we requested. Wonderful service.

For us, and this is probably a personal choice, we found the bed a little uncomfortable, and did not sleep particulary well. However for others, it may be fine.

What a lovely room we had. Everything was awesome and just there.

The location is just perfect. Lovely pub across the street and it was very clean except spider who lived in our room but that’s what you have to expect from country village :)

nothing I didn’t like bit disappointed thought it included breakfast being a bed and breakfast. only toast and cereal. But my fault should have read the blurb.

Lovely hosts and location, beds very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. Would definitely stay again.

Room seemed to feel a little damp from wet room, bedding seemed slightly damp as well. Didn't put us off, would stay again. Didn't put radiators on so that may have made a lot of difference in drying towels ect.

All good, we opted to not have breakfast as we had no need for it.

Only thing we did not like which was nothing to do with the accommodation. A blackbird woke us up really early every day 😄
