Residence Inn by Marriott Slough

The room and property is good, enough to feel comfortable with everything you need.

The service was poor. I called up the reception asking if I can order dinner. I was told, I can find a QR on my keycard, where I can order. When I try to check if there is a QR code on my key there was none. I call back the reception and was told that I need to contact moxie the hotel next 2 hours they would deliver room service and my phone was transferred to them. When moxie picked up the phone, they straight up refused to deliver any room service. In fact, they asked me to come down order weight and then take my food back to my room. Great great. Very satisfied. Amazing lighting

Really loved the location going into London. Very clean and spacious room

When we got to the property Friday night we were so tired from travelling but there was an alarm going off at another building. We informed staff at the desk and reassured that he was being dealt with. We then called again the front desk spoke to a gentleman who said he would call back when we asked to be moved to a different room. We did not receive a call back or a check up.

Comfortable room. Very near the train station. Breakfast was nice. Gym was good.

After 7pm you needed to ring the reception to get in but often no one answered leaving me stood outside for a while. Luckily the Moxy is open, so eventually I entered through there instead. The room was cleaned the first 2 nights, and then was not the second 2, very odd. I had a burger in the adjoining Moxy restaurant, and the meat was rather grissly. Room doesn't have a proper oven.

The hotel was booked on behalf of a friend and her three young children. I specified they needed parking and the confirmation message stated there was private parking at the accommodation. When they arrived they drove around trying to find the parking, eventually they contacted the hotel to be told the parking was further down the road (not on the premises) and was payable by Ringo. The family had to walk in the dark in a totally unfamiliar area to the hotel. This was not what we had been led to believe would be the case. Parking was one of the most important options selected when choosing a hotel.

Good location - a couple of blocks to train - shopping nearby

There was a mix up in my reservation. They put me in the Moxie when the reservation was for Residence Inn. This was discovered after one night. There was no compensation for the mix up in the first night.

We liked the location, ambience, 24 hour coffee and the staff. Loved every minute spent there. Initially we booked only for 10 days for our quarantine period only but we fell in love with the hotel and extended our stay to more than 1 month.

Housekeeping needs improvement. In 1 month stay we had to daily struggle with room's incomplete cleaning, toilet paper, shampoo, dishwashing gel, etc. Once we had to ask for toilet paper at late night as they forget to place it as usual. Even after many complaints no change or improvement. Other than housekeeping everything was excellent. Otherwise definitely would have given 10/10.

Smooth check in, immaculate room with super comfy beds, the staff were lovely, friendly and professional. Restaurant was good too and decent value, choice at breakfast was great. 3 star hotel with 5 star standards. Anytime I'm in the area I'll gladly stay again.

A bit more milk in the rooms and a choice of coffee just to be fussy =). No main light in bedroom just side lights.

The staff were friendly, professional and very welcoming. We liked the rooms and how spacious they are. Also the breakfast included was a nice feature. The bar next door , Moxy, had a nice atmosphere and nicely kitted out in terms of design and decor

We would have liked a twin or an extra bed - not sure whether this is available or whether I asked at too short notice.

The bed was really comfortable, also loved the fact that you could connect several devices to the TV through HDMI. Staff members were friendly and brought us more hangers upon request. They also helped us with changing the room due to the problems with the cupboard. Overall enjoyed our stay

Wish the breakfast would be more variable in terms of hot meals. Also wish there were slippers and bath robes in the room :)

Perfect location for visiting Slough. 5 mins walk to railway station (with perfect connection to London), 15 min by taxi to Heathrow. New hotel with modern, full equipped rooms, good restaurant and terrace. I recommend that place.
