It is an annexe of a larger property where the owners live. The owner/ vendor is immediately available via message if there are problems and very helpful and polite. The beds were immaculately made up and very comfortable. The capers soft and it had a cottage feel to it. The decor was very homely and cosy. Internet/TV was easy to use. And the showers were excellent. It was clean throughout.

Be aware that it provides a kitchenette rather than a full kitchen. Just one hot plate and a microwave that also functions as an oven. There is very little space to store food. But it does have a washing machine which is useful for families. The table for eating meals is in one bedroom.

It was clean, bedding was great, nice to have two showers and toilets. Tv in bedroom a bonus Ear plugs provided. ( always take my own) Breakfast hamper really good lots of choice well done!

Sofa bed not very comfortable to sit on, bed a little firm for me. ( personal choice) my partner liked it. Noisy road and kids playing football. Saw owners but they only said hi, could have asked if all ok. Slip road from Ringwood not in use spent ages trying to find property! Although very clean a bit scruffy around the edges, needs up dating, e.g outside of shower silicone. Would prefer a proper hob rather than washing machine. ok for a couple of nights but not if staying longer.

I love the layout of our studio, there was plenty of room and we had everything we needed, a lot of thought has gone in to every detail, even the ice cube tray was full which was a nice touch especially when you arrive on a hot day

My friend was woken by people above us in the early hours, so really to do with the other guest if they could be mindful of people around them, otherwise we didn’t hear anybody else

We had an amazing stay at Petherton Cottage in the Rhinefield studio. The location was brilliant at it was just off the main road but so quiet despite this. Plenty of room to park, easy to find and perfect for us. The room was clean as a whistle, the little kitchen was perfect with everything you could want and the size of the room was ideal. The decor was bright and overall it really felt homely. We'd absolutely stay again. Thank you so much! This was a much needed break

I'm really hard pushed to provide negative feedback but I think it's important to still provide it. I must admit I couldn't get the shower to work. This is going to be my fault but whilst you make it clear that the water will be scalding if you press the red button, there's nothing to say how to actually work it so that you don't get too hot. As I say I must have missed a trick here. The only other thing I would give feedback on is the noise that can be heard between rooms but really it wasn't that bad. If anything we were conscious of being early risers and waking up others. The single beds weren't very comfy but the beds were made up beautifully.

Extraordinary breakfast with good quality ingredients - enough to make a packed lunch with! Great communication from the owners. They VERY kindly changed our booking twice because of storms and Covid which felt above and beyond. Extremely clean and comfortable with lots of nice little touches. They obviously pride themselves on thinking of everything!

It might not suit light sleepers. We were kept awake by the TV in the room next door, but it might just have been bad luck as it did seem unusually loud. There were earplugs by the bed which would have helped had we not had to listen out for our children waking in the night next door...

Host was very polite and accommodating. Nothing was to much trouble. Breakfast was ample and options were given to select preferences daily. Easily accessible. Room was comfy and liked there was a small table to eat at aswelll as comfy chairs for chilling. Location was perfect to explore both the coast and New Forest. We travelled by car and would recommend if staying here. Lovely places to eat close by too. Would recommend the Three Legged Cross Pub, 5 mins down the road.

Room was very clean. Private secluded parking. Good location to explore the New Forest. The Alice Isle pub is well worth a visit - very good food and real ale.

A fairly minor point - There was a bit of road noise which is to be expected as it's on a main road but it didn't keep us awake. If you're a light sleeper and you like a lay in maybe it would bother you.

Very clean and tidy- everything that you need is there- my daughter loved the kitty cat who welcomed us then cam back to say goodbye when we were leaving. Breakfast was lovely and there was enough for a picnic lunch too.

It would definitely be to small for two couples- as second bed was just big enough for my daughter - ok if your on the small side if if not would be a it of a squeeze! You really need a car if you want to go our to eat in the evening - a bit to far to walk there and back.

Comfy studio, spotlessly clean. King-size bed. The quality of linen, towels and general kitchen and bathroom facilities were top notch. Plenty of parking space. Communication from the hosts was the best I've experienced.

There is a bit of road noise but the hosts thoughtfully left ear plugs which we didn't actually need and slept really well.

I loved the look of the room and the table in the room which was so useful. The garden is also so beautiful and peaceful, which was so nice to experience in the morning. I particularly liked the water pressure in the shower, which made up for the small shower head. Also for some reason we also have issues with the TVs in BnBs so it was nice to have one that worked well and a remote with batteries.

The taxi services in the area are horrendous so I would recommend driving/walking anywhere you need to go. The walls are quite thin so we could hear everything going on in the cottage next to ours, and I'm sure they could hear us. I didn't particularly like the kitchen set up as it was very small and not much space to do food prep. The electric stove especially was difficult to operate.
