Prom Hotel

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. The hotel has a very high standard of cleanliness and has very comfortable rooms. Huge family room with everything you could possibly need. Comfy beds, aircon, large tv, fridge, iron, ironing board, large table and chairs and dressing table. Two large windows with great see views. Blackout curtains enabled a lay in. Huge bathroom which was spotless and had a bath and shower. Pristine white, soft bath sheets. Fantastic breakfasts with lots of choice and excellent quality. Delicious evening meals in the bistro. This hotel made our family break away really special, thanks to all the staff.

The location couldn't have been better. The room was a great size, very comfortable bed and 2 very nice easy chairs, which not a lot of hotel rooms seem to have. The bathroom had very good facilities and we liked the decor. The breakfast was very delicious.

The room service could have been better! I appreciate it was a busy Saturday evening, but after going down to the bar for the menu, I was told I could then phone through my order. After 5 minutes , I attempted 3 times to phone, nobody picked up, and I had to go down to the bar again to order my choices. When it came, my 'extra prawns' were not there. Phoned the bar...no reply.,so I ate my Singapore noodles. After 30 mins, I phoned again. He apologised for the omission, and said he'd tell the chef, and take the cost off the bill.Checking out next morning, the receptionist knew nothing, and I had to argue my case, before he finally deducted the £4 from the bill! Also, the coffee at breakfast was not very impressive.

Breakfast choice was brilliant and the food was fresh and tasty. Staff were very attentive, friendly and professional. Overall all hotel Staff were welcoming and helpful. Clean and attractive rooms too. We also had a sea view from our bedrooms.

In one room which was a family room, there was no full length mirror. This should be available in all rooms. In my mum's room, the shower screen was fixed to the bath making the shower unusable for my disabled mum. It would have been better if it had swung out. There were no handrails in the shower either. This should be considered and made a standard safety feature in all shower rooms to support anyone getting in and out.

The hotel was close to all amenities, and the staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. Our room was so clean and the beds was so comfortable. The free breakfast was so lovely also and staff worked very hard in the restaurant

The only thing I didn't like was that you could never get a table outside at the bar area as always busy, and we had such beautiful weather so would of been nice to relax out there and look at the sea

The staff were absolutely fantastic, the chef went out of her way to wish my fiancée a happy birthday at breakfast and gave her a chocolate cake to take up to the hotel room. The room was perfect, we couldn’t fault anything. The staff in the bar and restaurant were so welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be coming back. The deluxe room was AMAZING!!!!

The only thing that we didn’t like was the games room. We put in money to play and it didn’t release all the balls as the black got stuck. The rest of the games room was shut off. But other than this we thoroughly enjoyed the property.

Friendly staff, lovely rooms and good location.

We couldn’t try the food, as our order was cancelled due the malfunction of the cooking appliance. Was the last order for the night around 8:30pm and the kitchen was closing at 9:00pm, so we believe that our order was cancelled because it was to late. Two hungry kids at that time, run to find another place to eat and No cancel on our bill as we were promised, just got the meal removed from the bill. Accidents happen!!!

The location was brilliant. The view from the room and balcony was amazing. The gym is really good too. The reception staff were very friendly and the room was clean. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast staff were not attentive and on both mornings I had to approach to get tea and coffee. They did not give instructions on how to order from the menu and the buffet was continuously low on food replacements.

Rooms were amazing and quality was a great standard

The website misleads expectation, no restaurant for Dinner was available, wedding that was being held took priority, if I had been told when I reserved a table for Dinner that the restaurant is no longer open and our meal would be in the pub and it would be pub menu not al la carte menu, then we could have gone elsewhere spoiled our experience and didn't warrant the bill, can't trust the website needs updating

The location is fab The size of the rooms are great Food in the Bistro was amazing and friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing as well even after the long wait

I wish there was a print out in the room which stated there was a heater in the wardrobe and also air conditioning and how to use it. The 1st night was freezing and although they had a radiator that worked it was still quite cold....the night after was the opposite and we were too hot ended up sleeping with the window open which was noisy. Had we been aware of the air conditioning and the heater then we could have been better prepared. Also we had to wait 40 minutes for our breakfast due to their being a new chef training. We only had a small english breakfast for 2

Breakfast was amazing. Plenty of selection, cooked to perfection and hot Check in and check out were easy Location was amazing Booked for our honeymoon so we had swan shaped towels on the bed and rose petals when we arrived Room was beautiful, with seaviews

Bath was too small to fit us both in for the romantic newlywed baths we had planned to have which was the main reason we'd booked the suite.
