Breakfast was nice. The morning staff waiter was very nice and served me some coffee and was very nice to allow me to borrow a phone charger from behind the bar. The room was nice. Pretty standard but nothing wrong with that. The location is perfect, only a 5 min walk from Train, very close to everything. A Tesco express is across the street along with a great host of cafes, bars & restaurants around.

Everything was fine. But if you are a light sleeper and looking for somewhere to stay at the weekend, perhaps noise could be an isssue as beer garden is close by, so maybe bring some ear plugs. But really only thing I could say.

Exceptional customer service. Felt very safe, welcome and comfortable. I had room five, which was lovely and warm, with lots of space—a large bathroom. Very clean. Good selection of tea and coffee. Breakfast was included and delicious, with terrific choices and vegan/vegetarian options. Great quality sausage and bacon. All cooked fresh for you.

It was a Sunday night, and the quiz was pretty loud in the bar below, but if you love a quiz, it’s a plus; it seemed like a great crowd. But if you did want to sleep before 10:45pm, it might be a problem.

Easy check in and departure. Staff helpful, courteous and welcoming. Room clean and pleasant, good en suite. Bed comfortable and no noise from the pub. Quiet and very convenient location. Excellent fresh breakfast and good value. Perfect for a short stay visiting the city.

My only criticism was that the bedside lamp (there was only one) was insufficiently bright to read by comfortably.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff on hand to check us in with a really cosy area in the main pub downstairs. Our rooms were spotlessly clean with tea/ coffee provided and an excellent quality breakfast, it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel.

We were woke up early with a delivery from the brewery of beer barrels due to our bedroom situated at the front of the hotel.🤣 it was a bit noisy rolling out the barrels ( well it is a public house ) so maybe this was to be expected.

Lovely stay at The Trent’s, we stayed here to attend a wedding in Chichester. Great location and very central. Rooms were a little dated but clean and well equipped. Staff were helpful and attended to our needs. Special mention to Angela who was very friendly and looked after us so well. Breakfasts were lovely and there was a good choice to choose from.

The stairs up to the accommodation were ver steep and people with mobility issues might struggle.

The room was clean and comfortable, with an excellent shower, and the landlord was friendly and helpful. Breakfasts on offer were varied and well prepared. Trents is in a very convenient location, in easy walking distance of Chichester's attractions.

The only slight issue - not the fault of the premises - was the loud groups of people passing in the street outside on Saturday night.

Staff very welcoming and helpful. Libby was amazing and couldn't do enough for us. The room was pleasant and beds very comfortable. Some refurbishment is due before Christmas. The shower was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Great location, close to local shops, restaurants, etc.

We found the pillows rather hard and no softer option available, so if you prefer a softer, flatter pillow maybe bring your own.

The staff were lovely very helpful and accomodating nothing was too much trouble - I like that kind of service breakfast was lovely and nice to have unlimited teas / coffees

The room was facing the front so was woken early by a seagull so def not a quiet room also the room was great with lots of facilities but just felt the bathroom was tired and needed a bit of a revamp. The grouting of the tiles needs redoing and the wallpaper on the wall was ripped in a few places the toilet cistern made a noise when flushed

We had a 2 night stay here, the room was clean, large , comfortable and well equipped . Then staff were lovely in particular the lady who we spoke with every day was so kind and nice to me and my daughter, the breakfast was lovely too. Lovely shower and bath

No real negarives. Staying with a 5 year old perhaps our room at the front was a bit noisy at night and the TV was a bit dodgy signal but that's the only thing I can think of!

Had a really lovely stay here. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful, made me feel very welcome. Very comfortable room, amazing shower! Breakfast was great. The pub is in a perfect location close to all the attractions of Chichester. Excellent value for money.

Little bit of noise from the main road outside, but not enough to cause any problem.
