Nurai Island, Saadiyat

We liked the villa , the breakfast and the facilities the staff were so friendly and cooperative We also loved their quick response

the AC in the room had water leaking all night, the curtains were stuck we couldn’t close it or open it, there was a dead roach inside the villa between the curtains and in the private swimming pool area there were more than 4 big roaches they should find a solution for that, another thing we didn’t like is that when we asked them to remove alcoholic beverages from the minibar because we had a child with us they told us if we removed it from the minibar we will charge you 25 aed just for removing the alcoholic beverages, I’ve been in so many hotels I even ask to remove any alcoholic beverages before arrival and I’ve never experienced such thing

-the villa design was amazing. - the closeness from the beach. - it’s supper clean. - welcoming staff. special thanks to the 2 gentlemen (Tony, Hashem) from the Lebanese restaurant for their great hospitality and worm welcoming.

- I arrived at the right time which is 3 pm but our villa was not ready and we had to wait which was a waste of the daytime. - the hourly boat timing is not satisfying, my suggestion is to make it every 30 min at least weekends. - the panio doesn’t have hot water. - lack of awareness of the island activities. - must of the bicycles are not well maintained.

I loved the way they took care of every details. I booked this place to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday and they went beyond my expectations, they make it memorable. Everything was great!

We were experiencing a sandstorm during our stay, but we made the most of it! The kids most especially loved the waterpark and the complimentary birthday cake. :-) The team at Dusk (Jannet, Daniel, Ayat) were amazing and were very engaging with the kids. Chef Vishal also prepared the best 'elote con pulpo' we've ever had! Many thanks too to Francis at breakfast, who was very accommodating. :-) All in all, a fantastic stay!

It would be great if the sofa in the beach villa would be a sofa-bed, so that families with children can be accommodated easily. :-) Also good if enough bath and beach towels could already be provided (instead of us calling to request).

We stayed at the 2 bedroom villa, it didn’t asked to choose if it is facing beach or not, so it will depend on availability, The size is big , the pool is private The design of the room is elegant

The pool is without a ladder, it is 1.45 m deep and you will have to jump , they added one step only , and when we booked we mentioned that we have an elder and I was really surprised that they don’t consider elders nor kids in their pool, We called them to see if they have something temporary they didn’t reply until one hour after saying that they cannot do anything about it At check it they didn’t give us the key and we had again to wait for 3 hours to receive it The service is not good to be honest The phone in the room doesn’t work properly In the day of checkout we requested for water the lady answered the phone said “I’m not sure if we can give you water now “ this is the weirdest answer to hear !!

Helpful friendly staff.Great location beach villa was great. Beach and water were very clean apart from the dog poop. Liked the bikes and covered pathways between facilities Food and staff in the restaurants were good.

The activities sheet hadn't been updated since march. Tennis courts needed a shaded spot and chairs. Not enough basic tea,coffee and milk in room. One bath towel had black marks so we didn't use . There was a dog poo on the beach infront of our villa which was unfortunate

everything is perfect in the resort, i’ve been before in maldives, and i can say that it is similar to maldives 5* resorts, the personal was so kind and helpfull, a big thanks to all of them especially badr the manager of the breakfast restaurant and others

i liked how clean and relaxing the room is, loved the island, water and greenery

I didn’t like the lack of privacy, it’s a private pool but everyone else can see you. not recommended if you’re looking for 100% privacy. we didn’t even get the chance to enjoy our ‘private beach access’ cause as I said zero privacy! it would be okay if you don’t mind sharing with other residents.

the pool light wasnt working properly and the food was very overpriced. Also the sea food restaurant had the fish laying in the open and was attracting too many flies which made the food not appealing and too many flies near the seating areas. the restaurant needs to close the fish and scrub down everything so their isnt the fishy smell to attract bugs and to avoid food poisoning.
