Koh Munnork Private Island

Koh Munnork exceeded our expectations (the photos don’t do it justice!) My partner and I had a beachfront bungalow, which was simple but perfect! His and hers sinks and an indoor and outdoor shower. We had stunning views of the sunrise and of the ocean. The white sandy beaches of koh munnork are spectacular. The food is great. We stayed for three nights - we we felt was enough. Would definitely recommend.

The beaches won't get any better so close to Bangkok. The bungalows are simple but the indoor and outdoor showers as well as the direct beach access makes it feel exclusive. Loved the beach cabanas and the little hangout areas spread around the resort. The food and drink menu was well thought out and everything tasted delicious. Surprisingly fairly priced for such a secluded island. Perfect getaway for a couple of days!

Beautiful sandy beach with crystal clear water Breakfast was great. Food was very tasty. Love every minute when I was there . If you plan to walk around the island bring the sneakers as some part of the trail is a bit hilly and it’s better to walk with the proper footwear.

Marine’s trash at the back of the island. It’s not the property fault but they could have done something with it.

We’ve been there last year and it was so nice with full moon and we can see both sun rise and sun set by the sea. Staff are perfect. Room wasn’t that comfortable but it’s understandable on the Island. This time it was nice with good weather. We recommend this peaceful place which is not far from Bangkok.

Ventilation in the room shall be improved for more fresh air.

Location is awsome, food is tasty, it is very remote and calm. Perfect for a short trip. It was our second stay and we will come back. Since aour last stay, the cushions in the outdoor salas have been replaced for bean bags. Very comfortable.

The pillows for sleeping were to high for me.

I really love this place, it's peaceful, quiet and relaxing. I can just sit in the hut doing nothing all day. I thought I will be bored if we were staying for a week but actually it's not enough.You would not want to stay in the room!

If you are unlucky and stay when there is a big group of people, they tends to be really loud/noisy and annoying sometimes. Other than that, it's exellent.

We stayed for 2 nights to get away from the busy city life. This place was perfect, it's in privacy and peaceful place with a calm quiet beach to relax around. The staff are fantastic, really friendly and helpful. Nice food, fresh and delicious. (The breakfast buffet was yummy!) It’s a wonderful place, recommend for friends, families for hang out and chill.

There's some plastic waste aroud the island.

Everything from the facilities to the best part the staff!! Loved the island, hiking, swimming and the cleanliness of the area!!

Turned off power from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm!! This is very inconvenient since check out is 11:30 am. Tried to shower but it was so hot could not stop sweating. We were very uncomfortable during this time.

Very peaceful and private. Love that the power cut at 9 am force us and the children got up and go out spent more time outdoor.

The foods are drink are too expensive.
