Property is clean and well structured. It’s pretty and close to beach so you can go to sea by walk. Staff are helpful. Location is ok because we drive. there are some small seafood restaurants in 5 mins drive which are nice. Room is clean and nice just a little bit small. Wi-Fi works and don’t know why my two laptops can’t connect to network?? Mobile is absolutely no problem.

My room key didn’t work well and can’t open my room after watching football outside after midnight. Went to reception and got a new card but still didn’t work? Probably the door lock caused the problem…

The suite that we booked was gorgeous and massive! We chilled in the room most of the time because the view was great, the tiny pool on the balcony was amazing on a hot day and it was just a great space to be in. We also did the spa treatments (volcanic sand treatment) and it was super interesting with great service. We also ate at the restaurant every night and ordered room services. Staff were also very helpful eg with helping us book taxi back to Bangkok - everything was great! Loved it and would return

Room was good, staff was very nice, breakfast buffet was big and tasty. Minibar and safe available. Nice swimming pool for kids, and super close to the beach. Recommended for families traveling by car.

It is far from Ban Phae pier, you have to go by taxi and it takes about 20 minutes. We arrived 9pm on a Saturday and there was no food available in the hotel or nearby. Took us half an hour with a driver to find dinner.

The Staff especially Joy the new lady who was very attentive as was the gentleman overseeing the restaurant. Incredible beach not a sole in sight.

A bit remote. but we were looking for peace so this was fine for us.

pool needs to be cleaned, pool toilets are not cleaned regularly, when business is slow, there’s a la carte breakfast only and it’s not great

our Thai style wooden house was very nice. the staff was extraordinary supportive and the breakfast offered a big choice of food.

the light in the room of our whirlpool was not working, so we could not use it in the evening after sunset.

Everything else. Excellent food. Great and unusual healthy fruit drinks. Friendly and efficient service. Good pool. Comfortable chairs for relaxing by pool and on sanded area forming a private beach. Comfortable room with large bed. Good sand lava massage. Places to visit nearby.

There was no shaded parking for the car which in a hotel of this class is a serious omission. The safe in the room was not attached to anything and was on the floor of a cupboard so one had to get down on one's hands and knees to open and close it. It was convenient to use the internal fire stairs to access pool and beach and Kavi restaurant so a coat of paint would have made the area more salubrious.

We enjoyed the hotel. Especially after upgrading to a suite with jacuzzi :-) The restaurant by the beach is really nice. The pool area also.

The hotel and rooms are a bit tired in need of refurbishing, and be aware the beach as such is not really more than a small stripe of beach.
