Great location right across from the beach with a minutes to walking street, second road and lots of the major attractions. Even though it’s on the main road you can’t really hear the music from outside too much especially if you’re at the city view side rooms. Rooftop pool was a cool bonus.
Could have more / better amenities like soap, toothbrush, razor, etc. Beach view rooms are only suite so a bit too expensive and the ‘city view’ is onto an empty/derelict lot.

The people working there were in a good mood and worked well together. Very helpful to guests. Best location in Pattaya. I have stayed at this hotel many times. The swimming pool on the rooftop- is very good.- secluded and away from the noise from the traffic. Good view and there were showers up there. The safe is attached to the furniture. Lots of places for your luggage.
Before covid they had some problems with small ants. Much better now. In one of the rooms I had there I saw 3 ants. In the other, none.

Location is meant for single people or friends, not couples. Great location across from the beach. Breakfast is affordable and good selection. When you upgrade to rooms you get more space and a sofa which was not too expensive to upgrade. Great and friendly staff.

The hotel was very clean in all the parts that I saw. Lots of hand gel around to use. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. It was in a good location, just opposite the beach, and only a few minutes' walk to walking street. The Wi Fi in all locations was very good. It was very nice eating breakfast from the rooftop restaurant overlooking the sea in the mornings. I would stay there again.

The bed was rock hard, the key was huge, the laundry service was pretty expensive.

the room very large with balcony, the staff were the best and even advised me that if too noisy from cafe downstairs he would get music turned down wow, but never a problem
had to pay 1000baht for security although not a problem and got it back
