AYA Boutique Hotel Pattaya - SHA Plus

Fantastic location. 2min walk to beach and 10min to lively walking street and bars. Yet remarkably quiet. Very close to all kinds of restaurants, sea food, Thai, Indian, Italian etc... Staff very good and helpful. I had 5th floor, and room was nice and big. Had fridge, safe, water, coffee and movies.

Most rooms with balcony do not have a view.

Some facilities in the hotel still Not fully functioning Hotel Staff were very friendly But front desk manager was rude to her staff and guests.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are comfortable with nice quite big bath rooms. Location is perfect for night life. We had an absolute great time out in Pattaya, while inside the hotel it is quiet and you can sleep well.

If you come with your own car, be prepared to park at a different hotel, that is before this hotel, on the other side of the road. I think they could emphasize this a bit more. After 5 the road of this hotel is not accessible for cars. It's not a big problem at all, but we arrived late, and it would have saved some annoyance if we knew about it. Maybe we just overlooked the information.

The location is conveniently near to Beach road and the adjacent mall, with lots of restaurants nearby, however not in the main road so it is nice and quiet, not noisy and the rooms are large, comfortable, clean, well maintained and the staff exceeded my expectations, they are very helpful, fast check in and check out, great attitude and friendly.

I liked everything, i can not single out anything i didn't like. The Hotel is not in the main road and it is great for a peaceful night's sleep.

The location is fantastic! It's really easy to walk to anywhere along Pattaya beach. The building faces a quiet alley way, there isn't much of a view, but you're close to everything with the benefit of quiet nights which is awesome. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. And the rooms are large with a comfortable bed, safety deposit box, independent airconditioning (which makes a big difference on hot days). Really enjoyed my stay at Aya! :)

Friendly and helpful staff, in particular the guy at the front desk who does the late shift. Good location in the centre, opposite a great Thai restaurant. Has a basic but functional gym.

Mostly it was good, except very minor things, e.g. the balcony was a bit of a mess because of birds landing there and got a call while taking a nap in the afternoon to check if I needed the room made up despite having the do not disturb sign on.

The Hotel has spacious rooms and quiet area without distractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always go out of their way to help. The hotel is next door to a mall, the beach is opposite the hotel and it is within walking distance from many shops and restaurants.

I liked everything the Hotel offered.

The rooms are very nice and quiet. Good bed and bathroom, great location for nightlife or to walk to the beach. We stayed here before and I will come here again. I think the price of the rooms is in balance with what you get for it.

I know it now, but if you come with your own car, remember you have to park at a hotel before this hotel and it's a one way street.

property is a great location close to mall, shops and nightlife. 2 min walk to the beach, highly recommended. all hotel staff are very friendly and made my stay more enjoyable.

I don’t think there was anything I could say about not liking the property..really nice hotel 1st time I stayed here and will definitely be coming back..
