Everything! Great location, it is located very close to the beach, which is definitely walking distance (750m max). There is a big shopping centre within 5mins walk, and another one within 15mins walk, both of them offer great food options. There is also a 7-11 convenience store opposite the shopping centre which opens 24 hours, so you can get anything at any time. The owners and all staff here are really friendly and approachable! The rooms are spacious and clean, with very powerful shower! There is also washing machine for launderette, and wet clothing can be hung on the balcony of the room. To sum up, it is great value for the price and I highly recommend this place!

wifi signal is a bit weak, so I used my own hotspot.

The room was big with air con, fridge, bathroom with shower that didn’t wet the whole floor! we got water everyday with cups & kettle so you can make your own drinks. The location suited us perfectly however if you want to be in town centre it’s about a mile away. We found the staff helpful. we would stay here again for sure. There’s restaurants near by especially in Soi 94 where Morning Bread is located so you can get breakfast there. Also if you go over the railway lines in Soi 94 there are restaurants and bars, also you can easily walk to Soi 88 food market from the hotel.

If you need a lift with your bags to your room, this hotel doesn’t have one!

Excellent location - only a short walk to the beach. really good massage places close by, shops and supermarket. My room was very spacious with a lovely balcony. I really liked having a fridge and a kettle. The wifi was excellent and my room was serviced daily. I love that there is no fuss, it’s so easy to come and go.

Lovely stay in a great location. Not far from the shopping mall, bars and restaurants. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

Unfortunately there isn't an elevator. So if you have heavy luggage, you may want to request to stay on a lower level. I was on the 4th floor.

- Room is neat and clean. - Air conditioner work very well. - Blanket is very good and clean. - Bed is very comfortable. - Room is bigger than expected. - Location is very good, close to villa market - can walk - Service is very good, you can have free coffee and get free drink water.

- There is no elevator. You need to walk up stair. (I stay at 4th floor) - Warm water machine is too high you cannot adjust the temperature easily. - you need to take off shoes before go up. - Car park is not ok but still have space enough.

this is a great hotel in my opinion. I’ve been here for the second time. you get a lot for the price you pay! The owners are really great people! We enjoyed staying here. short walk to the beach and everything you could possibly need in walking distance. Would come back any time. thank you!

We didn't spent a lot of time there but we really enjoyed our stay. The staff (or owners) were really friendly, the rooms were very nice and it was possible to walk to the night market

This place is so good that I extended my stay from 7 days to around 17 days in total, I think that itself says it all 😉

Very good location, near the beach and grocery store. Clean and comfortable room and the staff is approachable. Worth the price.
