Room was very big and clean, bathroom was huge with two mirrors one for me and one for wife . Bed was huge and very comfortable , pillows were great my wife love them. Breakfast was so yummy with good selection. Staff were all friendly always saying hello to you.

Room was fantastic, very spacious and has a pool on the balcony which is one of my favorite part.

The view was not what I expected. I thought I was going to get a beach view but instead it was someone’s backyard.

Very comfortable large first floor room with private splash pool (which was a bit chilly so we only used it twice). The huge bed was really comfortable and we had great nights sleeps. Everything else we experienced in the hotel was really good - breakfast was fab, staff were all excellent and always very attentive. Especially Kris, the pool guy. There were always loads of sun beds available and the main pool was beautiful warm and uncrowded. It’s right on the soft white sand beach - we got up to watch the sunrise with the local monks walking by to collect the breakfast.

Drinks and food in the hotel are a little expensive compared to outside the hotel and hence the hotel bar and restaurant were very quiet.

Everything about the Hotel is perfect. The rooms are huge, clean & well equipped. The pool area is immaculate, and beautifully designed with shallow areas where you can chill out & read a book or keep cool while sunbathing. The restaurant is also superb with a wide selection of food, and also very authentic Thai dishes, all at very competitive prices. But the biggest praise must be reserved for the staff who truly make the place as an enjoyable experience as can be. Happy to help, with a smile on their faces, its clear to see that every single person is proud to be working there & they look like they do truly love their jobs. We will 100% be returning, possibly trying out the other hotels in the “Cape” portfolio on the way. I cannot rate this hotel and the whole experience highly enough. helpful staff, excellent breakfast, and extremely comfortable bed/accessories but Traffic noise in my room. Tiny beach for relaxing. I did not use spa service, cloud not review.

Because of the high price, I expect perfection in every detail. I found little garbage in a beach bag, obstructed balcony door and occasional unwarm bathwater. Traffic noise in my room.

The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The pool and views from the pool are gorgeous all day long. The staff are all very friendly, especially the bar staff and a man nicknamed Beer(I think). The purpose of this trip was to relax and it was very easy to do here. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high quality resort in Hua Hin.

The only issue I had was that the rain shower caused water to go outside the shower room. it’s not such a big deal as they come in twice a day to clean, but it would be better if this did not occur.

Breakfast was excellent, room was excellent. Food was excellent, staff excellent. Could not fault this hotel if you tried.

The staff were very friendly as they normally are in Thailand. The room and toilet was spacious. We were greeted with cookies and tea upon arrival and the staff sent us to our room and explained every single thing. We also did the private dining which is definitely worth it if you are looking to do something special!

The pool area etc were smaller than it looked in photos and the cushion no the chairs over looking the beach were very dirty. The rooms also attracted a lot of ants easily and we're scared of lizards so at night there's no chance of swimming in your private pool as there will be lizards on the ceiling due to the lights.

The hotel looks exactly like on their website. The rooms are big and the highlight is the private plunge pool in every room. If you are on the ground floor then you can be seen by guests on level 2, 3 unless you roll out the canapy. The hotel complex has 5 buildings, the lobby reception, the guest accommodation building 1,2 and 3 and then the last building is the gym, restaurant and bar, then it is the bar and beach. My personal opinion is that building 3 is the best as it is far from the main road and near the beach. The breakfast has great selections of food and drinks. The atmosphere is still quiet as it is still coming out of Covid. The hotel would suit family and couples more, if you are looking for more of a vibe then I would suggest you go to the Standard which is only a few blocks down. The stars are the ground staff, the room maids, the pool boys, the guys sweeping the floor, they are so polite and friendly. Receptionist can take notes. Over-all we had a lovely stay.

The hotel receptionists can be more friendly and informable, for eg. provide a map of Hua Hin or at least ask if we need any suggestions of places of interests etc.
