Clean, comfortable, 2 restaurants within walking distance ( Italian and Thai), can do floating bfast. front disk gave me villa near to restaurants as I came by taxi. good Italian restaurant.
no grocery shops near by so you need a car. found lizard inside the room. Restaurants close early. need car to move you from reception to villa.

the property force you to clean the dishes afterwards or you will be charged that is not a way to treat customers the spoons and utensils were not clean good because the customer before me just did it to not pay the fee it’s not good to let the customer do the cleaning before leaving, the customer comes to relax not to help you clean

Beds were quite hard for me, pool can be seen from neighbors, low water pressure for shower, easy to trip on entrance

Staff only work until 8.00 pm. we have tv problems after dinner at 9.00 pm., so no one can fix until 8.30 am. next day.

There aren't really any eating options outside of the hotel so bring supplies with you and make the most of the kitchen. In wish I'd studied the location more carefully, it's not really in Hua Hin.

The size. The pool and how secluded it was. The kitchen and that there was 2 bathrooms. The fenced in yard. The food was really good and it was Ray to get delivered for lunch abd dinner.
The curtains in living room were dirty as was the couch. The beds were a little hard but still acceptable. The biggest complaint is that we paid for breakfast ahead of time but I called for 2 hours before I could reach anyone to deliver it. Once I got an answer the person didn’t speak English.
