Stayed in 2 bed apartment, 2 shower rooms, open plan living/ kitchen/ diner. Hob, microwave, big fridge all kitchen utensils and little coffee maker. Great size for family, also has sofa bed in lounge. 7/11 and Tops across the road for all your shopping. Great restaurants within 10minute walk. Literally 4minute walk to beauutiful Takiab beach, down the side of the 7/11, beach bars and restaurants. 10minute walk along beach to Seapine Golf course. 7/11 is a little noisy first thing with deliveries but it is the really quiet end of Hua Hin. Can get anywhere in Hua Hin for 200baht in street cab available outside or book Grab. Lovely pool, there are limited beds and chairs but so what. Decent little gym It is a little gem, save your money booking a big name beachfront hotel, stay here save a fortune and walk a little. Air Space across the road is superb Fri and Sat, little pricey but quality food and live music, you may need to book. Good street food next to 7/11. Better available in Cicada market (5min taxi)when it’s open or downstairs in Market Village (10 mins taxi)

Mitt the end of the world but Only clean the room once a week, so just bought spare towels 100baht in market village.

Security at the gate friendly and watchful. Accommodation had everything needed for a self contained break. Facilities fully cleaned once in my 11 night stay which was fine.

No or Very basic interaction/welcome with reception. My two conversations with reception went as follows: 1. Where can I get some toilet rolls? Reply - you can buy... 2. There are up to 30 or 40 people using the pool on any given day. Do you have any more loungers? Reply - There are 4 and no more...

Complex is surrounded by the big fence, and there is a 24/7 security. I felt safe to allow my children to have fun near the pool by themselves. Clean and spacious apartments with all needed amenities. Great pool inside the complex. Big, clean and with proper depth. Good fitness room. Plenty of local restaurants nearby. We have been there for 5 days and everyday we ate in different restaurant/cafe. Two shops at doorsteps of complex (7/11 and familymart). I would definitely stay there again.

A bit overpriced. Sea is in 5 min by foot. Couldn't find shower on the beach so for children it was a bit hard to walk back with sand on feet. Noisy during the night because of 7/11.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. We had previously spent three nights three floors below in the same wing of the building, so could compare. Market is near by, however it opens twice a week. Beach is apx 10 min walk.

A small downside is the water does not drain well from the bathroom sink. Also there were only 2 pillows (the neighboring room had 4). Other than that, everything else was good.

Great location had everything you needed including kitchenette. Staff were quick to respond to any requests by email. Close to beach and many cafes, 7/11 and laundry and Song Theaw

Building is older but well maintained

Security on the gate are lovely people. Shop and beach and massage so close by. Rooms clean and kitchen facilities are perfect. Enjoyed time by the pool too. Would stay again and recommend to others. Says I must write more to post this review... Already pretty long

No complaints

Good location, near to the beach, close to 7-11 & family mart. I can cook my own food. Would love to go back
