So we stayed three nights. I rate the staff 10. Cleanliness 9 out of 10 stars. Room and facilities 8 out of 10 stars too! We checked in for a second stay before heading back to Aus. However note that this is not a five star hotel on a global rating system. I am rating it for a hotel in a good location close to Zhongli, Taoyuan. Compared to other hotels in the area this deserves 5 out of 5 stars & particularly Kenny and the rest of the team. Their effort is exceptional and they all speak quite good English.

Room was great, air-con worked a treat and furniture was nice and everything we needed.
Bed was sadly uncomfortable, a little too stiff. Pillows were also uncomfortable.
