COZZI Blu

Location: 5-7 mins walk from the taoyuan mrt station. There is a shuttle bus service to the hotel, just that our arrival time is way too late. It is besides the Gloria Outlet shopping area (hope I got the name right). Attractive for those who likes to ship. Rooms: really comfortable &, very spacious for 3 king size beds (+ platform and 3 toilets (2 showers and 1 with bidet). The beds are really comfortable, firm and good support. Really. My back ache was much relieved after sleeping on it. Thankfully, this hotel was our last stop of the tour and we enjoyed it thoroughly. There is a PX mart (全联）opposite the hotel. I managed to buy good local seasonings & tidbits to bring back home.

Nothing really. But if really need to be picky, I would say the breakfast (TWD 600 for 1 adult). The variety was great, the food layout was amazing and makes the food look appetizing. But, the western dishes are badly done (bacon was hard, French toast was dry etc...), but the Chinese dishes are great.

We traveled with extended family. One family had 2 adults and 4 children and this hotel's family room far exceeded expectations! The family room had 3 queen size beds so everyone slept comfortably; the bathroom was segmented in bathtub room, shower room, and toilet room; and there was still plenty of room to walk around and all the luggage! The other double room was also spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean and all staff were very gracious and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and high quality. This hotel spoiled us for the hotels we stayed later in our journey through Taiwan. Very highly recommend!

Not the hotel's fault - although very close XPark aquarium (great for all ages) and the outlet mall, both in same complex, there isn't very much around there. The HSR and train station is very nearby, so convenient to get to Taipei and other places.

Location is right above a mall, an overhead bridge to the Taoyuan Outlets, and have shuttle bus svc to both AIRPORT RAIL & HSR. Near a super market across the road. Room: is extremely comfortable and new Toilet: spacious with bathtub and individual shower room Bed: comfortable, had a good night sleep after meetings Pillow: have genuine hard pillow compared to other hotels. Very good Bar with an excellent bartender Friendly staff

Family room was really spacious. 2 shower cubicles was nice so less waiting time to wash up. Beds were comfortable. Xpark aquarium is just downstairs and gloria outlet nearby. Breakfast spread was nice. Concierge staff were attentive and helped us book 2 taxis to airport for our big family group of 8.

Breakfast has 2 timeslots 630-830am and 830-1030am but the breakfast vouchers are first come first serve and you have to redeem them from the restaurant after check in. By the time we checked in and had time to go redeem the breakfast vouchers, not surprisingly only the early timeslot was left. With elderly parents and young kids, we only made it to the restaurant at 8am. So had to rush through breakfast in 30 min and the staff will really come and hurry you to finish eating at 830am and leave the restaurant for the 2nd sitting.

Friendly staff with nice service. We arrived there in the morning which was way before the check in time. We didnt request for an early check in but the reception followed with a call to let us know the room was ready around noon, as for the kids traveling along I guess. And I'd say the beds are one of the best we've ever tried. Most we've tried before were kinda soft, but Cozzi blu got cozzy one.

Nothing I'd say. Just I'd suggest if there'd be more kids activities to be held in the hotel would be even better, as it's been a popular family hotel.

Great Breakfast with plenty of choice, nice and clean rooms as well as a great location close to both the airport and HSR station. The HSR station is just a 10 to 15 minute walk, you can easilly reach it from the airport via the Metro. Great location for the business traveller who will visit suppliers throughout the country.

It would have been nice if the rooms had a switch to kill all the lights. Several lights could not be switch off from the switches and 1 light could only be switched off from a seperate switch on the other side of the bed which made no sense

Location is perfect... right next to the Metro and High speed rail station. Makes it so easy to get to Taipei main station and the airport. The Bell desk team were especially helpful and friendly! They sent our bags up to room without need to ask. On the day we left they checked our bags for day, called a cab and loaded our bags to cab. We traveled non-stop last few months and this was the friendliest most helpful staff by far!

Wish we could have stayed longer :)

perfect location, especially after a long haul flight, it is near the airport, and right next to the outlet, shopping mall, super convenient. staff are super friendly, all of them, including the housekeeping team, polite , quick and clean.

the breakfast is very disappointed, it had a lot of choices, but the quality was so so and taste was very plain........coffee machine will be shut exactly when the time hit at 10am !come on...just a cup of coffee! the self laundry -laundry room, only got 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer, long queue.....

ROBOT PENGUIN WILL SERVE YOU WATER! Great location next to XPark (they even have a live view camera of one of the tanks so you can watch and relax at the end of the day). Large and varied breakfast spread! Walking distance to the MRT.

At night when the mall closes down it can be a little confusing to get to the hotel from the MRT- just ask the security guards and they will point the way!

it’s a new and very clean hotel. spacious and well equipped, with special set of toiletries and room slippers for kids 😊 staff were very helpful and takes note of our requests very well. love that it’s right connected to a shopping mall & Xpark aquarium. also with a sheltered walkway & bridge to Gloria Outlets which is just 5mins away. walk through Gloria Outlets and conveniently get to Taoyuan HSR station in 10-15mins.
