We recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming boutique hotel situated in a central location, and I must say it was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a team of staff who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. The staff at this cozy boutique hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted me with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm, making me feel right at home. Throughout my stay, they were always available to assist with any request, whether it was providing local recommendations or arranging transportation. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference and left a lasting impression. The hotel itself had a cozy and intimate atmosphere, with tastefully decorated rooms that exuded comfort and tranquility. Every detail was carefully considered, from the plush bedding to the thoughtful amenities provided. I felt a sense of relaxation and serenity as soon as I stepped into my room, and it provided the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploring the city. The central location of the hotel was a major plus. It allowed me to easily access popular attractions, shopping districts, and dining options without the need for long commutes. Being in the heart of the city made it convenient to immerse myself in the vibrant culture and experience the local flavor. Super clean and great value per money.

We had the window towards the street and was very noisy. No AC

comfortable parking lot, wide breakfast, easy to access and the whole facility very clean. I appreciated the staff who was helpful and cheerful. Definitely a location to stay again

the room was located in a busy road. Luckily it was Sunday so no much noise but i cannot imagine during the weekdays. Before accessing the parking lot you would need to stop in front of the hotel for the checkin and all the formalities and there's no room where to park.

Although a 3-star hotel, the standard is far more a superior 4-star one. Great central location, ultra comfortable bed and stylish room, helpful staff who were on hand to deal with an unexpected hospital visit.

No minibar or fridge, parking situation not easy (I used the street parking outside, in theory limited to 2h before 1800, but I never received a parking ticket ... yet), lack of air conditioning in the room could be problematic in the summer months as the rooms facing the street get a lot of 24/7 traffic noise.

Bathroom and toilet only screened from the bedroom by sliding translucent panels, which offer limited privacy and make it almost impossible to use the bathroom discretely during the night without waking your partner

Very friendly staff. Excellent facilities to park car (with bicycles) in gated hotel parking and locked room for bicycles. The possibility to leave our car overnight, after checking out, while we were cycling. Nice room with very comfy bed and nice modern bathroom. Top location, just outside the old town (1 minute walk), easy to reach.

Although the building is old; the room was very clean, entirely recently reshaped with a modern bathroom with an Italian shower. Staff very nice and diligent

Only the lack of a small fridge makes makes the room not perfect. To note: the bathroom door cannot be locked, the mattress was a little bit too smooth for me but this is a taste issue

Spotlessly clean, comfortable bedding, brand new bathroom with huge shower and great water pressure. When you reserve it is clearly stated if the room faces the street or the patio, which so few hotels do but it is great to be able to choose! The whole facility is central but nicely renovated. Shower gel with natural ingredients is a nice touch. Free parking on the public street right outside from Saturday at 6 pm through Monday morning. Very nice personnel at the reception.

The rooms facing the street have a great insulation, but when all goes quiet you can still hear cars and motorbikes a bit. Also you can hear quite loud the water in the other room's bathroom. They provide earplugs, which I found amazing. Also, when you reserve it is clearly stated if the room faces the street or the patio, which is great because you can choose. In fact I am not complaining about the noise because I knew what I was getting - it was a one-night stay and wanted to spend a bit less, but if I were to go back for a longer stay, I'd spend the extra money for the patio side. Towels were a bit scarce: two medium size and one small for two people - it was ok for one night, given only one of us has long hair.

Conveniently close to the train and bus station, in the centre of town. Breakfast can be taken outside in the garden. Staff all super helpful, friendly and professional. Room spacious and very comfortable.

The lighting system in the room was complicated and a bit annoying! Breakfast choice was a bit limited - though the quality was fine - but will be easier once it's possible to operate a buffet again.

The hotel is close to the old town centre which means one can walk to the restaurants and leave the car in the hotel owned car park for a moderate fee. The room decoration was modern, comfortable beds and clean spaces. Breakfast offered a good range of choices. Staff were friendly and helpful information.

Our room went to a well used road and was a bit noisy but we managed to sleep well.
