- the quality time you get in such secluded area is priceless - staff were professional and helpful - the feeling of staying in a island in the heart of Europe - spacious room with comfortable bed - the view for the lake room is incredible - jacuzzi was a beautiful touch - although there are a lot insects mainly mosquitoes outside the premise but inside the room it’s completely clean

- the toilet room was considerably small compared to the rest of the room - breakfast was delicious but could’ve been more varied

breakfast a little disappointing. For me, the omelette was ruined by use of a peculiar swiss cheese that I recognize from raclette. The orange juice, listed as "fresh" was not that. We know how good fresh orange juice is in Switzerland, available at every COOP! Why not use that? Dinner was very good--but the steak would have been more enjoyable if potatoes had been added, preferably frittes, but any form would be good.

Our room was directly on the lake. and view was breathtaking and very romantic. Mini bar is good enough and prices are not expensive. You will have a small bottle of Monet in the mini bar in case you want a celebration. We had Jacuzzi in the bathroom. We like the view so much and stayed at the room for the dinner and enjoyed the view in the balcony. Breakfast buffet was not too big but very well and made us happy with the options. Everything was very delicious and fresh. Stuff was also very nice and helpful. Park was free which is a plus.

Jacuzzi's size was not very big. Breakfast could be up to 11:00 am, it ends at 10:30 which I find a bit early for such a hotel.

I like the attention we had from the staff especially at the restaurant for dinner as my husband is vegan and everyone was super accommodated to his needs (which was incredible)

breakfast was good as a meat eater, not sure about other dietary requirements though. We had to ask if there was any vegan options and even though the chef made us an incredible vegan platter it would have been nice to have vegan options as a standard in the buffet and not personally request.

Property was great. Location was great, the deck over the water and ladder to jump in was perfect. Bed was super comfortable, layout was great.

The food at the bar was pretty disappointing for the cost. I enjoyed the location, view, ambiance and wine, but the food wasn’t something we’d order again. It’s also starting to look a little tired. Not bad, but starting.

Stayed here with my wife on our honeymoon and what a beautiful hotel! Lake Pavillons are very spacious, and direct access to the lake truly makes you feel like you are in the Maldives! The staff are also very professional and caring, and the restaurant is superb. Overall, an absolutely incredible and unforgettable experience. Would certainly recommend!

We LOVED the location! Although it was cloudy most days, the tranquility of the location was perfect! The breakfast buffet was decent. The staff were all very friendly. This place will be great in the summer because you can just go into the lake from your room.

I think there are a few things that need to be highlighted, especially since it is considered 5 stars 1. The bathroom needs to be renovated and cleaned better. I can smell a bit of odor in the toilet room. 2. The bedrooms are not as cleaned as it should be. I see dusts along the walls and the outside blinds are dirty 3. The lights at the entrance of my room were broken. 4. Several areas within the rooms looked old or dirty, must be because of the age of the rooms. 5. The internet is quite slow, especially for a high-end hotel.

Huge room, fantastic views, access to lake from our balcony. Lots of parking, Complimentary access to stand up paddle boards, kayak and some other water things. For what you get it is really good value.

Restaurant does not have much variety - based mainly on sea food - which I am sure a lot of people like, but we have some dietary requirements that don't seem to be met. But really, this is just a minor issue for us as we are used to having to work around our issues.

The location was spectacular, excellent staff and food with great local wine pairing. The room has incredible location and stunning views in all directions!

IMPORTANT ADVICE: What I would like to advise is that the toilet bowl is cleaned deeply so that you do not see brown stain on the deeper part of the toilet bowl section. A toilet is important to judge cleanliness of any household and for a 5 star hotel and room of that standard the toilet bowl should be totally descaled and cleaning so its completely whitening so there are no brown stains in the area where the waste is flushed. Simply cleaning with a whitening, descaling drain product will help. This is the only thing but very important rectify.

The location is excellent, by the lake. In summer I like the direct assess to the water, but the place is lovely in every season and weather. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern, and the breakfast buffet is good.

The toilet in the room smells like a public toilet which is not cleaned properly. This was the same issue when we stayed previously. The toilets would need proper cleaning, including walls and floors. Also the towels are old and a bit thin, maybe the hotel could invest in new towels.
