Lai Lifestyle Hotel

Very convenient location for children's ski school. Facilities for storing sports equipment was good. The rooms were comfortable and everything was simple and worked well. Breakfast followed the same pattern of good and simple. The staff were excellent, friendly and helpful.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were on the small side. I think it is quite expensive for what we got based on the size of the rooms, we paid over £2,600 for 6 nights in 2 double rooms.

Staff were amazing. Extremely welcoming and wonderfully helpful. And understanding considering the times we are currently living in. Happy to offer advice about skiing options, alternative activities and dinner reservations. Even helped translate covid testing bookings too. Location ideal, free sport bus stop directly outside to take you all around the valley from downhill skiing options, to xc ski options, walks, sledging etc... Walkable to a large option of bars and restaurants. Spar shop 2mins away for snacks and lunches. Hotel breakfast was what you would expect yet done extremely well, presented beautifully and very tasty. Small bar in the evening was a nice bonus spot to relax with a beer.

The hotel is very clean and neat, the staff are very attentive and polite. The breakfast includes multiple options and also local products, coffee is also great. There is a bar where you can chill in the evening and also good restaurant choices nearby. For bigger families however note that there are no options for triple rooms or family rooms, so you will need to get separate doubles.

Should have had twin beds rather than double. Would be handy to have a list of local pubs/bars as there were no evening restaurant facilities on the hotel.

This is my third stay at Lai Lifestyle Hotel. It has once again meet all my expectations. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfest and centrally located. Surely not my last stay.

very clean and comfortable room. excellent location walking distance to the town centre or you can take the free sport bus, which stops directly outside the hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Warmly welcomed from the friendly staff.

Could have used a shoehorn in the room.

- Hotel location was good, in front of the free blue/red circle line busses to/from ski resorts. - Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. The heater also worked really well with good temperature control in the room. - Staff was helpful & friendly.

- A bit of a walk to Lenzerheide Post especially if you are dragging suitcases. - Not the hotel’s fault, but due to Covid-19 food options were limited to talk away or eating at the hotel. Unfortunately the hotel only had “pub” food (pizza, hotdogs). There was one restaurant where we could go to only for hotel guests but walking there at night at -8C was not quite pleasant.

Clean, new & quiet. Breakfast was super, good coffee machine & quality food. It made our day full of energy on the slopes ;-) Staff members were top, welcoming, smiling, provided good information where to dine or takeaway. The hotel should be proud of them. 11 points to the team ;-)) We recommend and we will be back ;-))

Just a suggestion, the hotel could add some local/Swiss wine on the drink list. The current options Primitivo, Rioja are great but to have local/Swiss wine sure would add a bit more options on the card.

Staff were so polite and extremely helpful. Good knowledge of the area .

Maybe some hot breakfast options but selection was tasty and plentiful.
