Everything, stuff were very helpful, kind and offered welcome drink upon arrival , they offer free rides to overlook the town and went to visit places which is reasonable to the price , the room was very clean with a very exceptional view of the imaginary mountains, was very comfortable to sleep and relax , although we had dinner in their restaurant which was very delicious and nice experience takes you to the Victorian century wish if I stayed more💙

If only the spa offers a 3 hours time for females to enjoy , would be great

The hotels reputation is deserved, it is very good. We were half board and the food was excellant. The chef coped very well with my wife's allergies. Really enjoyed the evening pianist. Given the terrible exchange rate gbp to chf we found the wine and spa a little expensive but this would not deter us from returning. It was the highlight of our 3 week 10 hotel tour of the alps.

At the Tschuggen Grand Hotel everything is just perfect. It‘s a five star hotel that does live up to that rating. If you have a request, they make it possible. Superb bath facility and a private train right into the skiing area. Great in-house restaurants, especially the La Brezza which is outstanding. Any time again.

I liked everything, but would like to mention just one small thing. The key to the Bath lockers should have a wrist strap.

* Great location with direct access to both ski area (own train) and winter hiking trails. * Amazing and relaxing spa, with sauna, pools, and relaxing area. * Variety of options for eating out.

We would have liked if the spa area would be for >16yrs only; hanging in a hot tub with a bunch of small children is not relaxing

All the staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable. Nothing is a bother for them. True 5* service. Special mention to Andreas for patiently driving us all over, always with a smile. It's definitely a hotel to revisit.

The staff couldn’t do enough. Some were grumpy yet super efficient, some friendly (whilst maintaining social distancing, of course) and still super efficient. Good food choices, splendid spa, close to the slopes and winter hikes. Something for everyone. Also same in terms of food: something for every preference, including fully vegan tasting menues. Loved the spa and the strict cleaning routine between customers. And of course the “personal”. Shuttle to the slopes.

The vegan options more of a “low fat/ low calorie” option rather than a nutritional balanced meal - seriously lacking in proteins. Return from the slopes is via a private slope which when it splits to the left from the combined slope is not signalled. Not an issue as we had the time to explore - but a sign would really make it perfect 😊

Staff are very very attentive and genuine. Nothing was a problem ever and they had great advice on how to spend our 3 nights in the area, even with great eating recommendations outside the hotel.

Bed was way too soft
