BelArosa Hotel Superior

We stayed for a weekend for my husband's birthday, 2 adults and 2 children (13 and 7). We were welcomed early in the day on Saturday and could park (and charge) our Tesla in the garage of the hotel.Then we had some tips from the reception staff about exploring the area and received the Arosa Card which gave us a lot of discounts and free transport. In the evening we did a check in, our luggages were already waiting for us in the room. The room itself was amazing, we were on a top floor and valued it really that we could all fit into the same room. We as adults have had a separated area and the kids were on a sofa bed. Everything about the room was perfect. The view from the balcony, the toiletries, the bathrobes (the slippers you can take home after your stay), umbrella for the rainy days, little kitchen with coffee capsules, mineral water. The beds and the bed linen was one of the most comfortable I ever slept in!It was like sleeping on the clouds.To add to the excitement (also for the kids), the use of the swimming pool ( with an indoor little toboggan) and the spa area (many different types of saunas) was free for us to use. If one wants to book a massage or special " floating time" in a pool, there is a surcharge for it and has to be booked in advance. The breakfast we had the next day was excellent, there was plenty of choice. The staff even decorated a table spot for my husband since they knew it was his birthday! A lovely touch. We did a check out and left once more to explore the area, but we are already thinking about returning to this amazing hotel!

The only minor thing to comment on would be the beds for the adults, it might be better to replace them with double beds.

Lovely place to be, good for walkers. We stayed several days and came to rest. Clean, excellent service, lovely breakfast, little kitchenette, pleasant luxury.

We loved everything, except for one little thing: odours coming in from other people smoking on their balcon.

Beautiful Hotel inside/out with a family friendly vibe. Everything was fresh and updated with a nice swiss charm. We loved the spa area with pool and whirlpool very nice treatments including Saunas. Would def love to come back.

Nothing to complain about.

All were on the high level: location, facilities, hotel personnel, and support. Rooms are very well designed and comfortable. Very friendly atmosphere. Pool and a few saunas are amasing.

People, Spa and the Location The hosts and the staff are the most important part of Belarosa, as they make your experience amazing. You don’t feel staying at a hotel but with your friends. The attention to detail is amazing. The Spa is a great place to relax and rewind. It has a big pool with ample room to relax. You are in a ski-in and ski-out location with See-Egg-Wegg (a small alley way) leading you straight to the high street. Supermarket is 2 mins walk too.

Nothing we disliked. However if we had to make a recommendation, we would suggest the team to upgrade the shower heads in the bathroom for better pressure. They work fine. But really that is just a minor.

Karin who is an amazing host even before our arrival by answering lots of our queries. During check in, instread of standing front of receptions, they arranged a table and offered us drink so they did the check in while we relaxed and sat back with their introduction and activities advises around the area. Amazing 3 course meal dinner and wonderful breakfast - you tell them how you like your egg and bacon cooked and head to buffet seek for more selection. Love they have somtething special each day during breakfast, from roast beef to mixed ham salad with very high quality standard. The swimming pool/ spa section is super and my son love that 25 meters long slice with speed and time to tell you how fast/ speed each slide you done. Room is as beautiful as the photos posted. It's was such a prefect family stay.

The hotel is prefect. May be if they left few tea bags in the room even better especially they provided tea pot and kettle.

Excellent facilities, beautiful rooms, very good service, and very impressive attention to detail. The wellness area in itself is worth a vitist.

There wasn't anyhting that we did not like.

For us, it was one of the best hotel experiences in years. The rooms, the facilities, the spa, everything was perfect. Amongst all, it was the kindness and hospitality of our host Karin and of all the Belarosa team that overwhelmed us. You could literally feel and see their smiles all the time, even if perfectly planned and well executed COVID rules were in place, making sure everybody had a safe but nice stay even in this difficult times. A big thank you, we will be back soon.

extremely nice personal, friendly and making you feel right at home. This is a small property with very high standards.

unfortunately right now they were only serving dinner twice a week

We were travelling with a small baby, making everything a bit more complicated. However, the hostess and the staff were really understanding and thoughtful and went out of their way to make sure we has everything we needed and had an enjoyable stay.
