Novotel Zürich Airport Messe

I paid already on My 16, 2023 through ob-line but, today they charged me the second time deducting from my credit card. I called the reception twice and the receptionist promised me to return the money after few days. I called them twice with a very long waiting time and that calls will cost more.

They only have few outlets to charge our cellphone. We were three in the room but the coffee cups and coffee were only good for two, the tissue at the bathroom was just left over from the previous guests and good only for one person. I don''t blame the cleaning lady because we checked-in earlier and we were very thankful for that. I think she did her best to make the room ready for us that's maybe the reason why many items were lacking. The lady who assisted us at the reception was very friendly and approachable.

The receptionists were all very polite and helpful.

The room was not clean enough, and I found someone else's hair. The phone was not working, I needed to ask for slippers and couldn't. The TV, even though it had a Netflix, it was restricted from the hotel. I think it was overpriced and below average for a 4-star hotel.

It was wonderful stay from very well organized hotel. The location is nice and mostly that there is transport to get you to the center and it is in front of the hotel, there is also parking. The stuff were very kind all the time and all of them: either to explain me things like the transport, welcome us, or any other question or service. There was enough space in the room as a family, also little kettle to make yourself tea or coffee in the morning. We really liked the playroom. Generally it was very comfortable and nice place to stay. The night were quite. I'd like to not that there was also recycling. I didn't find the bins but I have noticed that even the cleaning personal is making effort to recycle. Thank you for that.

The dog tax was rather high but I was happy that we can stay with a dog. The rest is minor things that didn't bother our stay really as: the sink or the carpet looked old, the shower is not well isolated and leaked while you are taking one.

Tram stops right outside hotel. Airport in one direction, city centre in the other. Great breakfast. Good size room. Excellent shower. Fridge in room was great. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed twice. Despite having written confirmation that a baby bed would be put in the room, it was a battle each time to get it on arrival. Kids play area had rubbish on the floor. Staff not overly friendly. Corridors need to be repainted, lots of evidence of wear and tear.

First of all, I have to say the man at the front desk named Steven is an absolute gem. After a long day of traveling (and a month of traveling through Europe) Steven stood out! He made our experience here great. Kind and super helpful at check-in, even set us up with a shuttle the next morning. The room was great! clean, spacious and had a coffee maker and complimentary water. Would stay here again if we were in Zurich!

We had the great chance to be at the top of the hotel, the view does not have anything special but the feeling of being high was great. In the other hand, the comfortableness of the room was there. We have really been enjoying our two days staying with a great size and softness of the bed, sofa and bath.

The only cons would be concerning the view.

The rooms were good and the breakfast was wonderful. the facilities were really good my children were vey pleased and would recommend some one to use your facility

however could you please get some family rooms so that families can be able to feel comfortable

Close to the airport and have a tram stop right outside. You can take to the City Center and to the airport if you wish. They also offer a Airport suttle for a fee per person, great service if you need it. Room with air condition.

The hotel was good, but next to our room there was a room “party” they were loud until the wee hours of the morning starting at midnight. :((

Convenient on the tram line linking the Airport and city centre. Amazing water pressure, comfortable beds. Helpful staff.

All a bit old and in need of refurbishment. Most accommodation tends to be expensive in Zurich but this one felt like poor value for money.

Room was ok, clean and quiet. Staff was helpful and clear about everything

Sofa in the room was old and not comfortable to sleep for my daughter. It's metallic springs hurted her back unfortunately , being a cooperative good girl, she didn't warn me till the next morning.
