Wonderful staff who were friendly and welcoming! Very clean hotel. Excellent location for public transportation and exploring Zurich. Very reasonable price for the Zurich area. And really important in the summer - air conditioning in the room. We slept very well at night.

While the area feels very commercial and the hotel is beside a busy highway and road, the rooms were nicely sound-proofed and we were happy to ignore the location to take advantage of the public transport access and also the convenience of having a large shopping centre nearby.

Convenient location far away from all city noises but next door to the big shopping mall and train station with direct connection to Zurich. Very comfortable bed, well working central air-conditioner allowing some customization in the room. Absolutely amazing receptionist lady of Italian origin who made us feeling at home from the first minute of our arrival till the last minute before the departure. She is a real gem, I wish there would be more people like her in hospitality services.

Not opening windows and the absence of cups in the room (even for the tooth brush).

The hotel is comfortable, clean and has a good price. The staff was responsive, there were no problems with hot water, linens or anything else. Mostly really positive experience.

There is no kettle, tea/coffee in the room (although even in more budget hotels they are mostly provided to guests) and shampoo (only body gel, which does not wash hair at all). The hotel is not located in Zurich itself, so you need to take into account the need for a trip lasting 10 minutes for about $ 4 (although there are no problems with the train: it runs exactly on schedule and is very comfortable; from the railway station to the hotel 7 minutes on foot). Also, during the registration process, they were forced to pay 5 dollars of some kind of fee, although when booking through Booking, I read that all taxes and fees are included in the price. However, I might have missed or misunderstood something.

The staff was exceptional. Especially Esther, she helped us a lot with a lot of things. Really had a great experience only because of the staff. The hotel as a whole is just good. The location was nice and next to train station and a big mall.

The bed was very small for a double bed. The room had no facilities or enough furniture.

Booking shows the property as 0.6 miles from city center; it is not it's about 3 miles away and it's not walkable from main train station. Closest tram station is still a good walk away. This caught me off guard since I planned to walk due to high prices of Swiss public transportation.

Staff was a bit confused regarding the reservation and tried to show us that the room was double booked at the same day in their system. I showed the receptionist the booking.com reservation for two nights on two different days and after around 40 min. she agreed that it was their hotel system error. After that I asked about the breakfast time and the receptionist told me that we first need to pay for breakfast, even though I paid already with my booking.com reservation. Then I told her, that we paid already and she checked and said ok. At least an apology would be nice in this kind of situation, but it didn’t happen. So that is why the service rating is very low.

Superb staff, great location, quite, comfy and very clean. Excellent bathroom for the price. I loved how fantastic the staff was. Both front desk and cleaning staff were lovely. All and all, it was a lovely experience!

A small thing: The cast-feature to the TV didn't work. But, to be fair, it was not the sort of holidays that I needed it much. It was a good-to-have feature not working.

Friendly, helpful employer's, good breakfast :) Price very good and look very nice.

3 Towel , so 1 each and one for floor so should be 1 more small eacz for face or should be give u 4 so, 2eaca but is Okey any way ;))))

Checkin is strictly at 2 pm to allow cleaning of rooms. Easy access to rooms using code provided. Access to internet a bit complicated with log in but reception staff helped resolve this. Adequate size of room. East to get to the hotel from tram/train.
