Morning meal, personnel, warming, bathroom, bed and everything was great!

The fact that it is NOWHERE written that you need a credit card in order to pay for anything that you might need. There is just no info. I came without my credit card with the intention to use only cash and that almost ruined my trip completely. Please make sure that you let your customers know that in Sweden you are literally... dead without a credit card :) Find a way to formulate this so that people understand.

Very friendly staff. Very comfortable bed and room with super view. Loved the various lounge areas for relaxing with books or games and lots of coffee or tea available. Very lucky with parking - only one day could not park at hotel. Good choice of breakfast. O'Learys good for evening meals too. Very handy for supermarket and other restaurants.

The thumping noises from the nightclub until 3am on 4 nights of our stay has lowered the score. It was not music and earplugs (we were warned) made no difference. It was really ridiculous beating that reverberated through the body. I think if anybody had a pacemaker it would interfere with it! I am sure turning the bass down a couple of notches would have made a difference for us on the 3rd floor but not to anybody in the club. Very dimly lit in room. Lamp originally provided had no bulb but we were given a replacement lamp. Only small bathroom light available - the bar of 4 was not working and although reported on the first night was never sorted.

Got the spa feeling as soon as I entered the lobby. Greeted by great staff, check-in went smoothly and the room was beautiful. The spa facilities, and its staff, you just have to see it for yourselves. We loved it. The whole hotel smells and feels like a spa. We already plan for a new visit in a few months.

Our room faced the main street. This was also just above the main entrance and the bus station. I recommend you ask for a room away from the street if you like to sleep in. Our room was a connection room, and not as well isolated against sound because of the door. Just saying...

The hotel is located in the city center. The service is polite and helpful. The rooms are quiet. The rooms are being cleaned every day. The hotel offers a wide variety of meals for breakfast, The restaurant offers meals in other parts of the day and the quality is good. There is a bar at the receptions that offers drinks. Apart from that, there is a coffee/ tea station for free all day in the lobby.

The hotel is located in the same building where the oriental restaurant is. The smell of garlic is spreading everywhere, especially in the morning.

Breakfast was served at the O'Learys bar next door so didn't have high expectations but boy was i wrong, it was comparable to breakfast at any major hotel, they served even pancakes :) Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. Room looked recently refurbished and tidy. Big plus for the possibility to charge your electric car for free!

The light(bulbs) in the room and bathroom were quite weak so the ambience was pretty dark, this bothered a bit in the bathroom.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Their English is excellent. Comfortable bed. Reception area has so many sofas to lounge on. Free coffee machine, lemon water and cookies.

The only thing in bedroom is the dark decor. Eddison light bulbs are pretty but in the evening there isn't enough light yo see in your cupboard or doing things in your room.

A good choice of breakfast to suit all. Excellent location, town, shopping, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The staff are the best I’ve come across, so friendly and helpful. Spa worth a visit 😀

Poor lighting in hotel room/bathroom. Fixtures and fittings needed dusting.

Close to downtown, restaurants , shops and especially Jamtli museum

Rooms , hallways too dark. Especially bathroom. Needed to use a flashlight to find a dropped lid. Had a hard time styling my hair. Floor was very slippery by the toilet and sink after a shower. Maybe have a Squeegee to push water toward drain.

The breakfast and lunch buffets were excellent! Parking is handy, if you can get a space. The chill out area near reception was great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great location. Would defiantly go back!

Before our trip it was hard to get answers via email (but upon arrival all questions were quickly answered) They were continuous reminders about the loud nightclub on the weekend which was quite loud but not too bad all in all, especially considering we were staying at the hotel as a sports team and were racing on the weekend as none of the athletes complained about the noise.

Close to city centre and train station. Clean, nice staff and reasonable priced. Wish i had known about the spa and booked a treatment or two before I arrived.

It's way to easy to both hear what's being said, and being done, in adjourning rooms. Hearing someone fart in the hallways shouldn't be possible. The windows could also been a bit more sound proof.
