The room was clean and large. Our dog got an eat and drinking trough and sleeping blanket. Breakfast was fine with some vegan options. Lots of space for free parking. Close to park for walking our dog and the lovely center. Friendly and helpful staff.
Only a minor setback was that the relaxroom with bath and sauna was closed due to issues. Instead we went to the lake which was very pleasant

We wasn't verbally noted about the entrance being locked at 8pm... It said in the envelop with the keys but we didn't check for more than the keys, unloaded all bags and then went downtown for dinner. Back at the hotel we were locked out. We weren't informed about parking either: Booking said free parking, and all the parking signs said we needed a note to be put in the front window.

We liked the location, not in the centre of Østersund. Nice renovated rooms.

Basic overnight travelers rest. Quiet, secure. On motorcycles, reception allowed us to park right out front beside the disabled bay. Good breakfast. Only 1k stroll into eateries in town

Location is great for access from the main roads and easy walking distance to town. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice and all fresh.
I would have liked a wider choice of evening meal, but that said the buffet style dinner was enjoyable.

Very good location near shopping centre and OKQ8 gas station. Easy access from high way. The room is spacious and clean. Free parking. Best breakfast even in the difficult time with Covid 19.
