Hotel Örgryte

It is a peaceful neighbourhood. Easy access to transportation. Very good staff. The breakfast was also good. The bed was very comfortable.

They can improve if they have a slipper for wearing inside the room and toilet. They can keep some essential toiletries. And one thing that caused me an issue was that the door needed a lot of effort to close.

I loved the waffles! I slept very well, except one night some people were arguing and the woman was crying.. but the hotel is perfect. The breakfast is good, the room had a little sofa and table very convenient, tge shower was nice. 2 shelves were broken in my bathroom, you should fix them but it's not very important.

As a foreigner, it was a bit stressful to see that no one respects the sanitary measures at the breakfast. Everyone help themselves with the same spoons, no one wore a mask and peoe could littelrally cough in the yoghurt. You should be cReful because people coming for a holiday, they need to go back and can't take the risk to stay stuck abroad. But apart from that, everything was perfekt!

Warm welcome on arrival. Comfortable room easy walking distance to Liseberg theme park. Good signal with the WiFi. Sensational spread for breakfast and the kept topping it up with fresh bread. Nice beer on draft

Shower didnt quite fit in the stand and no plug to have a bath so had to hold the shower to bathe

The room had a fridge, which is important for me since some in my company travel with medicine that needs to be kept cold. I also liked that there was a desk where you could sit with your computer, and a good bathroom.

The fridge was good, but too warm with no possibilty of lowering the temperature. The beds also where not affixed and needed to be put back together all the time.

Breakfast was great. Have a private bathroom. The staff was nice.

The wifi didn't work on the first day of the stay. The room was not perfectly clean, but it's understandable by the age. I had to be careful with the entrance door as it did not shut without some push.

Clean rooms with all the necessities, good value for the price. Friendly and helpful staff. Overall we were very content with our stay.

The hotel is located a bit further from the city, not really walking distance. However, there is a bus that goes straight to the main train station, and we used electric scooters to reach the city - fast and efficient.

Nice there was free breakfast and WiFi. The female receptionist (brunette, no glasses) was really friendly and helpful. The room was a good value for money. The location was great and I felt safe staying there. I am a returning guest and I keep returning because the prices, location and amenities are really great!

When I arrived, I waited 15 minutes for someone to come to the desk and check me in. By the time the male receptionist returned, there were six people waiting and he answered the phone instead of serving me.. A bit frustrating when you as a guest have travelled for 9 hours across the country and just want to freshen up then rest. Room 102 had a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. There was also a lot of popping sounds throughout the stay - unsure if it was from the fridge kicking in or from the bathroom pipes. The room was quite warm as well so all of this was a bit annoying. Otherwise everything else was very good. I'd still return and stay again but maybe ask for a different room, open a window and talk to the staff about any issues. I really just didn't want to make a fuss.

For this price, I was happy that any breakfast at all was included! As a vegan it wasn't a particulary great experience I'm afraid, but you get what you pay for. The room was clean and quiet and had comfy beds. Big shout out to the very friendly staff member who helped us when our key cards didn't work <3

The breakfast could have been better and the bathroom sink was a bit clogged.

We booked a family room, it was spacious enough for the 4 of us, clean and comfortable. Very easy and smooth check in/ check out process. Located in a quite area, close to a bus stop, and if you walk you can get to the city center in about half an hour.

Breakfast was good in general but I couldn’t find any butter, only margarine.

Room was comfortable, a single bed with desk and private bathroom with powerful shower. Decent amount of space for single traveller, lots of cupboard space for clothes if needed, wardrobe had hangers available. Only a half hour walk to the city centre, but plenty of public transport options available. Breakfast was a nice selection of items for a variety of breakfast cultures. Parking was in a secure garage 50m from the front door of the hotel.

Parking was a tad expensive but it was secure, on the whole though the stay was very pleasant so this would be my only gripe.
