Very clean, modern hotel. Very welcoming/helpful and nice staff. Great position. Good value for money

WiFi not the best and breakfast could be better and more choice. Very samey each day and quite boring for vegetarians.

The breakfast was lovely every morning and the location was amazing. So handy for buses to towns near by and the beach was 5 mins walking distance. It was fabulous.

Plenty to eat for breakfast, cooked, continental, cereals, fruit etc. Location was fab, with the cab rank & bus stop outside. Rooms are air conditioned with a fridge, so pop 5mins up the road to the big Eroski supermarket (huge selection & better value for money than smaller, local convenience stores). Beach towels available from reception (no charge) and plenty of clean, comfortable sun beds around the pool. Plenty of good restaurants nearby if you go B&B or HB & fancy a change

Checkout is 1100, so shame there wasn't a courtesy room, but this didn't affect my enjoyment

I loved my stay at the Santa Ponsa boutique hotel! It's right on the beach and gorgeously situated in the heart of Santa Ponsa and right next to local buses so you can easily get around the island. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was delicious and the pool area was great. There's plenty of local amenities around to pick up water, food etc and the choice of restaurants at your doorstep was wonderful. I couldn't recommend more and will be back again in the future!

The room was a little small but as a solo traveller, I didn't mind :)

The room was lovely. It was clean and comfortable. We booked bed and breakfast and had no complaints about the food. There was something for everyone. Loved the fact that the hotel was located across the road from the beach, plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance and away from the more more lively area so no late night disturbance. Bus stop to Palma was outside the door so getting to other parts of the Island was very easy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

There wasn't anything we didn't like about the hotel.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The occasional visiting cockroach/beetle on the bed😱 The road noise from outside … with or without the patio open. The sound of running water through the drains, every time some used the bathroom The seaview is ‘distant’ and through the trees so shouldn’t be advertised as ‘seaview’ The original room we were given (room 112) had the smallest shower ever, which couldn’t be used by an adult properly. The breakfast isn’t the best and not 4 star standard.

We stayed in room 202 and 205 everything was perfect about our stay, very clean and comfortable and staff very friendly. Fantastic location. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice for everyone. As a family we have stayed here many years and I have been several times with friends. I am returning in October with my husband and parents and looking to book again with my friends for next year. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We love this Hotel. Its the perfect location for us in Santa Ponsa, with easy access to some nice restaurants and Bars and of course the marvellous beach. The Plaza has a nice chic feel and is immaculately kept. We were B&B and the breakfast was very good indeed with just about anything you could want Santa Ponsa has been our Family go-to for the past 20 years so we are a bit biased but it has all you could need one end being great for the younger members with cocktail bars and music while the other end is a bit more 'refined' for us older people and a 15 minute walk from one to the other. Its only 20 minutes transfer from the airport (40 Euro taxi) and 15 minutes into Palma with a great bus service to and from.

The evening bar staff (person) were not a happy bunch! Felt they were being worked too hard -mmm! Bar closes promptly (rudely!) at 11pm even for residents. Asked for a Margarita one evening but wouldn't serve me one ('its not on our menu!') even though they had all the ingredients?? This really needs sorting out as this is otherwise a fantastic place to stay in a lovely resort.

Room was simple but lovely - entire hotel was very clean. Management team and reception staff were excellent. Breakfast was good with some variety of food types.

Bar staff were not particularly friendly or positive - although improved after we spoke to the management team about it. Breakfast could cater better for vegetarians, vegans, and gluten-free diets.

Location, position & outlook great. Small boutique hotel. Breakfast very good. Good friendly staff. Love the seating area on the front of building. Mojitos are fabulous too!

Some changes - we are stayed in this hotel several times over the last 6 years and there are several cut backs - ie no beach towels, outside wicker chair cushions dirty, outside floor not as clean as it could be, no tea & coffee making facilities in bedrooms, sofas & tub chairs in bedrooms damaged & grotty, upstairs carpets dirty, waited too long for service from bar every time because short staffed, shower heads need attention in bathrooms, disappointed with very low tatty balcony chairs when you could easily have reclining chairs there, no welcome pack in the bedrooms and finally why doesn’t the manager help his staff to serve the customers when they are under pressure? Also, a lot more income could be generated from the night time meals & drinks if it was advertised & pushed properly.
