Secrets Mallorca Villamil Resort & Spa - Adults Only (+18)

Our stay at Secret’s was nothing but amazing! Every single person was absolutely amazing. From the guest services helping us with check in, our bags, and even a cab into the city for the day we wanted to explore Palms. From Paco in the Seaside grill who made us feel at home and had us trying delicious food that we would never imagine of eating. **Ask for the Mussels** you will not be disappointed. We had them the first night, so much so we went back again for more the next night. We even spent time near the beach, where guest services was sure to make sure we were well taken care of with Sangrias and towels to relax. I hope our paths destine to bring us back to this resort one day. We enjoyed our stay so much that we didn’t want to leave.

The only issue was the A/C in the room. We would have like for it to be colder. We survived by keeping our balcony door open all night.

the location is excellent, you can go straight from you lounger by the pool to the sea is less than a minute. every morning we went down to the beach in our dressing gowns to take a dip in the sea. The gardens and pool side are really nice and the piano bar is a great place for a pre dinner drink with excellent views of the sea

we were in a beach room, the rooms are a bit tired with paint bubbling off the ceiling and the bathroom and balcony are looking in need of an update

we paid all inclusive , the website claims 6 restaurants. they have one buffet , one a la carte restaurant and two snack places for lunch only. disappointing as the a la carte was also closed two nights so we only had the buffet option 2 out of 5 nights. so ended up eating out one night.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check in was easy and we were offered a refreshing drink to enjoy while we waited for it to be completed. The room and the view was beautiful. We loved all the gardens around the hotel

As already suggested to the property some of the dishes served at dinner need to be hotter. It was also be very useful to have little tags explaining what is being served on the buffet

The location being right beside the beach is excellent. The pool and showers between pool and sea was brilliant. Entertainment each evening was quite good. The preferred lounge albeit beside reception was a decent perk. We enjoyed the barby on Tuesdays and the free boat trip on Thursdays. Very good breakfast options - especially the choice of eggs / omelettes / pancakes made fresh each day and broad range of fruit.

Not quite 5 star and tt is a little overpriced. The staff are not as accommodating as I would expect given it claims to be 5 star. Most restaurants around the area are effectively beach-style food but acceptable.

Excellently located in front of the beach, it is possible to walk straight from your pool side spot and go for a swim in the sea. Room are large and clean. The building has been recently renovated but it maintains its castle like original charm. This was even more evident in the first night of our stay as due to a local blackout the old building was lit by candle light. I would recommend one dinner at the sea view grill restaurant during the stay!

Only one thing I would change. Breakfast buffet was very good. There was a nice professional coffee machine available but was left for the guest to use, while if you would ask for a cappuccino that would be made using an automatic machine and I feel perhaps it should have been the other way around.

I stayed a Junior suit and it was amazing. very much recommended for couples.

The only minus here is the gym which is very small and poor.

Wow, absolutely beautiful, hotel is on a fantastic beach, food is phoenominal. They even had a guitar player at breakfast one morning, I cannot state strongly enough how good the food is. The Preferred area with the cabana's is amazing and they do not charge extra (Thank you so much) and the gym is good. The area is so much fun! The food in the area amazing, the staff will do anything to help you. The golf nearby amazing, there is also a fun little beach with cliffs and hiking about 5km away driving through the olive groves. I loved this place we are going back.

Nothing, we were in Europe for 6 weeks and it was the highlight of our trip so much fun!

The location of the hotel and the view from the window are very good. Great tasty and varied breakfast. Very helpful stuff!

Unfortunately, they do not respect tea and do not know how to serve it.

Located on a beautiful beach, amazing area with nice greenery to sunbathe. Far from the crowd, but still on the beach. We are especially impressed with the staff, very kind. My husband was celebrating a birthday during our stay and we got a very nice gift from the hotel. Clean pool and very pleasant temperature of the water. The courtesy room has been offered to us on the day when we checked out to have a shower after the day on the beach. Very thoughtful. Great breakfast. We will definitely come back.

Offer on the hotel restaurants and clubs could be better.
