Bordoy Continental Palma

Nice hotel, very good located, not massive, with very pleasant and attentive staff. Rooms are big and we like breakfast selection (quality selection of food) espresso even from self-service machine never better! Thank you

Sound isolation. Even we had room in a quiet part of the hotel (not above main street), we heard all neighbors rooms. Excepr that the room door is not insulated, I couldn't believe that I could hear showering in the neighboring rooms, just every turn on and shut-off of water…

Nice big room, very clean and comfortable. Parking garage in basement. Excellent breakfast. Very nice receptionists. Good position above the Palma. Many restaurants in walking distance. about 15 minutes by car from the airport.

Quiet, comfortable, excellent standard 4 star hotel. Easy to find and for taxi drop off & collection. 5mins walk to main areas of old city, contemporary art museum or to the marina area; both with good restaurants. 10mins to Cathedral. The room & en suite were good size and very comfortable. There was a door on the bathroom (unlike many Palma hotels!). V comfortable bed. Good wi-fi. Air Con can be turned lower remotely if you call reception. Breakfast selection was good with excellent menu for freshly prepared hot food such as eggs; eggs Benedict were very nice. Good choice if you do not want a boutique style hotel or busy crowds immediately outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

TV's only English Channel was BBC News 24. ( we did not ask but others might be possible) View of part-built buildings from window/balcony, but no active building noise. Area adjacent to the hotel, with 4 old Mallorca windmills, could be lovely but development stalled a few years ago.

Lady at the lobby was kind and happy to meet guests. The room was nice, liked that we get drinking water and hygiene kit. Its good, that hotel have a garage (for extra 15eur), because there is no avalable parking place around place. Location is good, near old town. Its possible to leave car bit longer after check out.

There is no night curtains you could put on the window and the street lights are lighting through window. Its sad that with almost 200eur per night there wasn't breakfast included. We wanted to have jacuzzi, but working hours is too short and we cant use it. You have to book 2 hours in advance if its not booked by others.

The room was surprisingly huge! You can tell it's an older property, but in the best way - the room's finishings were well maintained, bathroom huge (with FM radio controls!) and the bed was comfortable. There was an extra pillow and extra blankets in the closet, which we ended up using. Apart from the beautiful space, my favourite part of the stay was the front desk staff we met. They were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I was sad to leave this property because of how wonderful our stay was. While you're there, make sure to check out Cafe Santal on the same street.

I slept comfortably but my partner thought the pillows were too flat. We asked for an extra one though and it was sent up to us right away. Also the only thing that was missing that I would have liked was a luggage table rack.

I complained about the construction site outside my balcony and was immediately given another room on the first floor. The entire staff was very accommodating and helpful. The room was very comfortable, and the whirlpool was amazing (you need to make an appointment at the reception). The bathroom had a huge mirror, bath and shower, very luxurious!

Although the soundproofing is excellent, there was one night with noisy neighbors banging doors. I would have liked English programs on the TV; there was no access to Netflix. There is a lovely bar area with a grand piano, would have loved to hear music performed during my stay. :)

Stayed for seven nights during Christmas at Bordoy hotels. I had an early flight and was hoping to leave the bags at the hotel until my check-in time, but the receptionist was kind enough to give me an early check-in around 12 noon. A first-floor room with a double bed and single for 3 of us (me, my wife, and our 3-year-old) Decent-sized room and a bathroom and the hotel were generally quite. The staff was some of the friendliest people I met during my stays at hotels around the world. A decent continental breakfast served in the restaurant area.

Hard to find anything wrong, but a quick suggestion to improve would be to do something to reduce the noise coming from other rooms. I could hear people next room moving furniture in the middle of the night once or twice. Not a huge problem, but worth doing something about.

The hotel’s location is ideal for those who would like to explore the city of Palma. Very nice restaurants around and bus stop just minutes away if you would like to commute by bus. The hotel even though located centrally is very quiet and calm. The lounge is beautiful but no drinks are served since the bar/restaurant within is permanently closed. Very comfy beds and very clean and spacious room. I definitely recommend the hotel for couples.

This hotel is in a good position in the city, with centre shops, bars, restaurants the marina and Cathedral all in easy walking distance. The hotel is lovely, with a high quality feel and peaceful relaxing vive. Our room was spacious, well appointed with lots of storage space and a large bathroom. Check-in and departure were efficient and fuss free. Overall the hotel has a premium feel with a lovely ambience the staff we encountered were always friendly and helpful. A great place to relax and unwind after wandering around.

The hotel was all I had hoped for. Its design was stylish and modern but characterful, with influences of the local modernisme style. The common areas were spacious, light, and airy. The room was well-equipped, including a kettle and a fridge, and it was a good size. The bathroom was refreshingly spacious. The staff were immensely pleasant and helpful. The location, just over ten minutes’ walk from the centre and well-placed for visiting anywhere in the city on foot.
