Excellent location, v good value, clean and comfortable.

Exceeded expectations for the price.

Andrea was on reception when we checked in. She was friendly and helpful. She directed us to a lovely cafe around the corner, Rialto cafe. Don't miss it if you love coffee and scrumptious cakes ! Belen and Alba helped us with many and varied queries . Our room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed a very well presented and tasty breakfast each morning.

Beautiful building and comfortable room, very central. Welcoming staff . Very wet weather during our visit but we visited the Cathedral and some of the other beautiful buildings and the hotel stored our bags while we went out. Very good breakfast. Short stopover stay but we would love to return.

The hotel is absolutely great! Location wise its near to everything the Cathedral like 2 mins walk, near market, bakery and restaurants. It's about 10-15 mins walk from bus and train station. The receptionist is very friendly, when we arrive she is so kind and very helpful. The room of the hotel is very clean and comfortable. Oh and by the way , I suggest you must seat and drink beer down the corner of the hotel.. it was so chill.. highly recommended.

The hotel is near to the touristic places and good restaurants. The hotel is very clean end comfortable. The staff is very helpful.

It was very centric. Right in front of the Cathedral. Wonderful views from the window. Very clean and tidy.

We arrived with our personal car at the hotel expecting there was some temporary parking spot for hotel guests but found a taxi hub instead. Had to park wrongly to unload the baggage with the fear that police would come and give us a fine. It'd be nice if they could get at least some place to leave the car safely for loading and unloading

Great location, at the very heart of Oviedo. The hotel is in a beautiful ancient building but the reception and rooms are accessible, which is great if you travel with big luggage. The staff was lovely, very attentive and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean.

The room was a bit dark since its window looked into a (quite large, but still) light well. It didn’t bother us , though, since we were out the whole day. The fire alarm was placed right above the bed and it flashed every 5 minutes. It can be a bit annoying at night. I complained about it to the staff, so perhaps it will be fixed in the future.

The hotel is in a beautiful location and our room overlooked the square in front of the town hall, so we had a lovely view. This also meant it was sometimes noisy outside, but when the windows were closed, this was not really a problem. The room was on the small side, but the bathroom was very roomy. There was a good amount of storage provided and the wifi was quick and easy to access. The shower was good and there were large towels provided, which was much appreciated. The room was very clean and everything that you would expect to be there was in place. We didn't have breakfast, but the staff we encountered on reception were very friendly and spoke excellent English, which made checking in and out and finding the car park much easier.

There was a light fitting right above the bed, placed quite low, which made sitting up in bed to read or use a laptop quite difficult, as it was where your head should be! Also, one of the wardrobe doors wouldn't slide properly, which made using the wardrobe a bit tricky.

We were two elderly couples visiting Oviedo for the first time. All were seasoned travellers, so the Soho Boutique Hotel located right in the middle of the historic area seemed a logical choice. It was, in fact, an inspired choice as this lovely, lively and largely overlooked Spanish city was at our feet. The hotel, part of the Spanish owned Soho Boutique chain, suited our style perfectly. It seems to have been converted from a former and impressive bank office and has the feel of a more gracious time. We opted for rooms only, there being many tempting breakfast bars and excellent tapas bars (Jamon-Jamon!!!) on the door step all around. It was immaculately clean and the welcome from recepton charming and there was loads of hot water for the walk-in shower. Our room had a lovely view through the historic centre to the Cathedral and was high enough not to be unduly disturbed by the enthusiastic Council cleaners, collectors, and late night revellers, this is, after all, a city centre location. We arrived by car and the Hotel offers a parking arrangement with a close by underground car park. All in all, I would thoroughly recommend the Soho Boutique Oviedo as somewhere to stay to enjoy the City at a most reasonable price.

Nothing. This sets out to be a no frills hotel at the right price and in the right location. If you can't abide a bit of noise and jollity at night, don't book a city centre hotel. Simples.

This was a lovely extravagance after some hard walking on the Camino San Salvador. I had a lovely quiet single room for three nights with a beautiful view of the square and the cathedral. The staff were very pleasant and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was a little unwell for one day of my stay and my peaceful little room and comfortable bed were a wonderful sanctuary. A coffee machine in my room was a treat.

The breakfast was OK but nothing special , some unpackaged muesli and yoghurt is my preference but I understand that this is not how breakfast works in Spain. The fresh fruit was nice and offering of bread and pastries was very generous.
