Very nice hotel, literally 2 mins away from cathedral and city center, we used the parking under the hotel and was very convenient. staff was very kind and helpful, when we left they gave us two bottles of water for free. room was big and with beautiful view on the cathedral, very comfy bed and warm temperature. highly recommended, we will definitely come back.

The hotel was in very good location with parking at the rear. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was a generous size.

As we were driving, we arranged parking beforehand, and gave details of car registration, but the directions to the car park were not very clear. On arrival, there were no short term parking areas available at the front of the hotel, the reception was very busy and we were unsure where to park. Our knowledge of Spanish is limited, as is our knowledge of local driving conditions. It would have been extremely helpful if more detailed directions and advice about the parking had been given to us before we arrived. The female receptionist was very abrupt and seemed to have little understanding of the challenges for international travellers.

This hotel is located close to everything. There is a supermarket nearby, there are plenty of bars & restaurants nearby too. For me it was important to have the car parked somewhere nearby which was possible at a discounted price arranged by the hotel. The parking is located at about 2 minutes walking. We arrived late at night, outside business check in is possible. When checking out we got a free bottle of water, nice gift, thank you. Price/quality is 10/10 for this. Staff is friendly. Room is clean, clean towels and sheets and toiletries available.

Location and overall nice hotel.

You had to go down stairs to get to the elevator then once on your floor navigate more stairs to actually get to your room. This is not the place for the mobility impaired. I received a parking validation code to pay the parking but the scannable stub did not work and ended up paying for parking to get my car from the garage.

My wife was taken ill shortly after our arrival and the staff were excellent helping me get into proper medical care. On our return to the hotel they were again very helpful and solicitous. Don't think they could have been any better! The Hotel is beautifully placed to explore the historical sites of Oviedo.

excellent value well run hotel in a a superb location; just a few minutes on foot to the heart of the centro historico and Cathedral. Old Oviedo is impressive and a great place to wander, eat and drink. For the price this really is an outstanding hotel; very pleasant multilingual reception staff, good sized room and good, generous beds. No problems at all!

Rooms are nice and they are very clean. Service is very friendly. Location is great!

AC wasn’t usable at all. It only blew some warm air with loud sound. luckily it was possible to open room window. Breakfast isn’t good, there is a lot of breakfast places next to hotel. There is very strong smell of parfym or cleaning products on lowest reception floors.

i loved everything, starting with the staff, who was super friendly and welcoming. The hotel had very comfortable rooms and is located in the heart of the city.

if i remember well, the hairdryer was a bit old. that’s the only thing i’d change!

Cosy hotel in city centre. Great and pretty spacey room with a nice bed - even in the one person bedroom. Location suberb in historical and walking distance of shopping city centre.

There was no view from the window (only to an inside "air" patio of 2m by 2m), hence no real day light entering the room
