Mannix Urban Apartments

The apartments were in a very good location, with a 10 minute walk to las canteras beach and a 15 minute walk to the san catalina bus station. Local shops were nearby and down the block, interesting neighbourhood to walk around.

I can't really think of anything I didn't like, as the apartment had everything I needed and the staff on reception were always helpful. I was happy using the safe in reception, maybe one thing to improve on would be to have a key code to unlock the safe, instead of a key. Apart from that, it was perfect

We really liked our stay at this hotel. The room had everything we needed, except a heating coil, so we didnt have a place to dry out clothes fast, but apart that everything was excelent. The room had a cooking stove, neccessary kitchen utenslis, a microwave, a fridge and a kettle. The rooms were cleaned daily. The location is really good - you can reach Santa Catalina park, bus station near by and the beach all in 5 minutes. The rooms with windows located to the inner red garden were really good, because you cant hear any noise from the streets. The staff was amazing, the reception works 24/7, so its always safe to come back late in the evening, they answer all your questions and are always really polite, friendly and helpful - they also let me print neccessary documents for our upcoming flight late in the evening! I would really recommend this place for your stay in Las Palmas.

- 2min walk from the beach - 2min walk from a food shop - Around the corner from different restaurants, bars - 5min walk from the main bus station from which you can catch a bus anywhere, including airport and Maspalomas - Staff very polite and helpful, working 24/7 - My studio was perfect and had all appliances needed - Amazing shower - Studio being tidied up 5 times a week, on arrival it was super clean

- No visitors allowed (but that wasn’t a surprise as it’s mentioned in hotel information prior to booking) Small suggestions: - Some salt, pepper and oil left in the kitchen would be convenient - More shower gel and shampoo sachets

it was so clean and obviously cared by the family that run it, best place we have ever stayed at I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone wanting the prefect holiday by the beach.

There was absolutely nothing about our stay that would ever stop me from staying there again, as a home from home it was perfect.

This place was perfect, it is minutes walk from the beach the square, very central. There is a bike hire place on the other side of the street. They are very good sized self contained studios with house keeping, the are very clean. The staff are super friendly speak English and yet not overbearing. There is someone at reception 24hours, and they have safety deposit type safes for passport cash cards etc, really handy gives peace of mind. I wanted to to be out day and night and its great having to come back to somewhere without any hassle, great nights sleep.

Location excellent close to beach and bus station shops bars and restaurants. Apartment was nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. I stayed here while my husband was receiving treatment at Hospital Dr Negrin. I had an internal room as that was all that was available at time of booking but windows did open to internal atrium so plenty of light and air apartment had everything I needed for 12 night stay

Friendly staff and very modern, exactly what you would expect the get for your money in my opinion. Location is amazing, directly in the middle of everything! 24 hour reception allowed us to check in at 2 am the first day.

No complaints, maybe the ventilation through the internal window not the best, but the complimentary electric fan helped us keep cool.

Really good location and access to the beach. The staff was really helpful and very professional about every matter. The rooms are really wide and the bed was really comfortable. For a young couple is a great option concerning the factor money/comfort.

During our stay unfortunately there was a lot of noise because of the neighbours (loud music and screams) however I don’t believe that it is something that happens all the time. There was one day when the cleaning lady left us without toilet paper. If you chose this place remember that there are rooms without a balcony. The inside rooms don’t have a lot of sunlight. From the photos it seemed that all rooms have a balcony, which is not true.

The staff is exceptional! Everything in the room is new and modern, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom and kitchen in great condition. The street is very busy, but the windows shut all the noise out. And the location is perfect! Great find!

They really do not allow visitors (as is stated in their terms) and reception is always manned. One can therefore feel a bit controlled. But also very secure and safe! Just be aware of the limitations of your personal freedom when booking.

Very central location with few meters to the beach and a huge amount of restaurants, shops etc around. Nice (but small) balcony just big enough for a breakfast in the sun. Friendly staff that is always available no matter which time. Well equiped and clean apartment with kitchen basics available including a small espresso maker (for the stove).

Not the quietest street (small but still frequented quite a bit), can get quite loud with the balcony door open.
