We especially like the location since we were travelling by bus it was important that it was close to a bus station. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. We also liked the location in that it was very close to good restaurants and places of interest.

There were two things in particular that we didn't like - there was no window in our room, and there was no lift. However, the staff were so helpful in that they helped carry the very heavy suitcase to second floor!

The location is perfect for everything. Restaurants on the doorstep, shopping a short walk away, San Telmo bus station in easy reach and the old town nearby. Beds made up every day, fantastic! Easy access after hours. Staff very helpful.

The next time we stay, I would not choose an internal room. There was nothing wrong with our room (12) on this occasion and it is no reflection on the hotel, but rooms with a view are preferable. Our choice.

Location is amazing, can't get better than this is Vegueta. Beautiful balcony overlooking the plaza is more than you could wish for.

At first I was put in a windowless room, as booking.com had mistakenly translated this interior-room as "view to the courtyard" in Finnish. But for a small extra fee I was able to upgrade to a stunning room with a balcony. There were no toiletries in the room, not even hand soap, which I thought during a pandemic was strange.

it is situated one of the main places of the old town, with restaurants and the fantastic Gabinete. From on balcony we had a beautiful view and could see tourists taking pictures all the time. The staff is very, very friendly and helpful. We will be back

Poor sound isolation. Which is quite normal for this kind of old building.

I liked the friendlyness of the staff. I changed room after 2 days because of the better wifi. And the staff was always helpful and friendly. The architecture is very traditional and looks great.

Condition of the rooms. The hotel is old and it shows sometimes. Bathrooms feel sometimes outdated. No Air Conditioning. I have not read this in the description. So I have assumed that this would be the case.

The location is next to the old town, on a charming square with activity but no excessive noise. There is much polished wood and the building is beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had our own small balcony, looking on to the square, looking at a palm tree. Good breakfast. There is a bus staion nearby.

There is no lift, but for going upstairs on arrival and down to leave the staff just took our suitcase without being asked, and took it for us. It was no problem.

Great location near to old town and transport links. Good restaurants nearby - one directly next to hotel serves good tapas. Breakfast is basic and self serve. No lift so not so convenient for people with mobility issues. Rooms on first & second floor. Ours overlooked the plaza which was very good.

No kettle in room so had to go downstairs to go downstairs to get morning tea.

The hotel is beautiful - it is in a gorgeous old building in the heart of the old town. We loved sitting on the balcony watching people dining and even musicians in the busy square below. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they kindly let us store our bicycles in the empty breakfast room.

The room with a balcony was noisy throughout the night (though the balcony is wonderful to sit and watch the world go by). Our second night we stayed in a room without a window which was quiet and we could still enjoy the communal balcony.

I booked an interior room (window onto interior courtyard only), but as it was for an overnight visit, this didn't matter. The room was comfortable and had an excellent bathroom. Could not believe we paid such a great price. The owner/manager brought extra towels and toiletries as we were settling in. The location is superb, right at the heart of the old quarter of the city, with picturesque parks and squares at every turn. There's an excellent restaurant attached to the hotel; the food was delicious, the service brisk and attentive with pleasant, friendly staff and the price was good.

There's really nothing I could complain about.

Great hotel in the centre of the town, comfortable room, we got the room with the little balcony and it was lovely. Very comfortable bed and nice size room. The staff were very helpful and welcoming too. Noise in the square until about 12pm which was ok as after that, it was very quiet so great to sleep.

The room was quite warm but that is expected in summer in the Canaries. The value is very good and reasonably priced.
