Hotel Almijara

Great hotel only two blocks from the La Herradura Beach. Spacious and clean rooms with very comfortable beds and friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast is a great deal. The buffet is 6 euros for adults and free for children. If you need parking, it is available about 4 blocks away, but you must inquire of the hotel in advance as space is limited. For the first two nights, we were able to find street parking. Don't miss the 5th Floor roof deck. They have drinks and snacks there on Friday and Saturday nights.

Hotel was in an excellent location, a short walk to the beach and all amenities. Very clean, and staff were great. A fabulous selection for breakfast and lunch! Excellent views from roof terrace . Room service every day, so clean towels and fresh bedding. Great size room and bathroom

I must say, from their website and the photos I was not expecting much at all, but i was really surprised The beds were really comfortable, staff great, and there is a terrace on the 5th floor with fantastic views as the sun goes down also if you need parking, there is one enclosed, access only with key, around 150 meters away for 9 euros a day

Great location . Very new & modern . Large room & bathroom . There was a lift.

The shower is over the bath. Major problem with WiFi - no Internet !!! Reception kept telling me it was my phone being from overseas . They re- set the whole hotel. I reset my phone constantly no better . I wasted so much time. Only 5 minutes internet sometimes .

This is a hidden gem. Tucked down a quiet street, 2 minutes walk from the beach, this small hotel has everything you need for a wonderful beach get away. Rooms have good sized balconies and double glazing, air con that works and daily housekeeping keeps the room spotless. Staff are kind and energetic, and nothing is too much trouble. You can store your luggage before check in or after check out and there’s shower facilities etc if you want to spend departure day at the beach. The breakfast buffet is fresh and simple (and a bargain for €7) and the roof terrace view makes it a must. Special thanks to all the reception team, and breakfast staff who were so lovely! I can’t wait to visit again. 😊

Well positioned in centre of town near seafront. Reception staff really helpful. Rooms were big with all facilities and bud comfy beds. Bathroom was well equipped. Rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels. Breakfast was buffet style and well worth the 7 euros.

Super comfortable bed and room and great location to the beach

The wifi signal was weak in our room and the parking was far away and didn't have great signs to find as there was construction on the street our gps provided to get there.

Very good localization (3min walking from the beach), very clean room and polite service

The lack of private parking is pushing you to find a spot on the streets. We were lucky to find it quite close but it is in a paid zone (2.40€ for 4h)
