Barceló Corralejo Bay - Adults Only

The location, staff, and food were incredible. Very tasty breakfast and dinner always served with a smile. Very close to the beach and the main street with shops and restaurants. We had a nice surprise at our room for our anniversary. It was great.

I will say only that the hotel should provide pool towels and the safe in the room without charges. Special if it is not high season.

The welcome on arrival was 10/10 Cleaning staff excellent. Waiters in dining room were not all pleasant. There were some exceptions ..On leaving the receptionist was uninterested in how we enjoyed our stay or would we return She entered into no conversation what so ever even though there was no one else waiting. We checked out about 8.20 am

It’s was assuring to see the Manager daily walking around making sure everything was perfect for the hotel guests. The staff were lovely. I run my own property rental business so I have very high expectations, this hotel is managed amazingly. Thank you

One of the female singers on Thursday was absolutely awful ( I used to sing professionally) also sang the songs from the previous nights Brono Mars, ABBA

location is fantastic, beautiful pool area with no shortage of sun beds. rooms are spacious and clean. breakfast buffet is fabulous-loads of options! staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was one of the best buffets we have had anywhere in the world. Pool area was spotless, plenty of sunbeds. Added bonus was poolside entertainment on a Friday lunchtime, anything from jugglers, tightrope walkers, to a pole dancer! All done with impeccable taste. Unofficial entertainment was the daily aqua aerobics, the male instructor in particular was a laugh a minute. Got late check out for a cost of Euros 20, which in comparison to many hotels was inexpensive.All in all apart from position of our suite, which I will explain in what I didn't like, would definitely go back.

I asked for a sea view for our top floor deluxe suite, which we got. Unfortunately it was next to the elevator, which is anything but quiet, could do with being modernised, so from 06.00 onwards everyday we were wakened by it going up and down, with guests, staff etc. Plus although we had a sea view from 3229 it was above the back entrance to the hotel, and kitchen area so if we slept beyond 06.00 were wakened by bottles being emptied and lorries reversing. I have mentioned all of this at check out. On holiday you definitely don't want wakened every day by hotel noise.

Absolutely everything. The room was perfect and super clean. The bar was brilliant and the spa was amazing

the air con in 3205 did not work at night when we needed it. the hot tub did not bubble !!! that was the whole idea of booking that room for my 60th birthday, to have a treat , but it did not happen. I did tell reception, they said they would send someone but it did not happen. we only had 2 nights at your hotel.

Everything about the hotel was great- excellent service, excellent staff, spa facilities are exceptional, rooms are clean and tidy, great location too! 2 minutes walk from the beach. Really fab hotel choice - you can't go wrong!

The only thing that could have been better was the food, unfortunately there was only one food option which was a buffet. Some days the selection was excellent other days it was poor. If this was improved it would have been 10/10.

My second time staying here and had a fabulous time again.

The only negative was guests queuing for the pool to open in the morning to reserve sunbeds.
