AC Hotel Córdoba by Marriott

The hotel is situated remarkably close to railway station, a mere few minutes walk across the plaza. It is also easy to reach the old city and all the attractions on foot by meandering downtown. The hotel reception staff that booked us in was wonderful, friendly, and so full of enthusiasm. She really made us feel welcome and provided us with a map and info without being asked. The room was good, clean, and comfortable and although fronting onto the main street, we experienced no noise. The restaurant is good although the evening menu is short. The meals we had were decent quality and well presented. Breakfast buffet is also good and plentiful. Our stay at Cordoba was pleasant and comfortable.

The lady serving in the restaurant in the evening during our stay was not at the same level of efficiency as all the other staff we encountered. Morning staff were great.

This hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the railway station, which suited us perfectly. The staff were amazingly helpful and cheerful. The station is a km or so out of town but we found the walk in each day an excellent way to get to know the city and find some good eateries off the tourist drag. We looked forward to that walk each morning. The hotel was very good value and spotlessly clean.

This is a bit of a business type hotel so the room is small and there isn't much cupboard space. Fine for a business trip but a bit small to unwind in during siesta time.

Great location. Clean room and comfy beds. 3-5 min walk from the Cordoba Station and 15-20min walk to the centre. Staff are nice and friendly. The reception gave me a map at arrival and marked all the popular spots for us.

Nothing much. Only one bottle of complimentary water was offered for a 3-people family. We asked the staff they explained only 1 bottle per room per booking so I guess that is just the policy. Not a big deal after all.

Superb! A little bit noisy but if you get a room with the view in the oposite side of the street there will be silence but without any view. I recommend to add to your stay also the breakfast. it is very rich and diverse.

It was very beautiful. Clean and very kind people. Also you have the posibility to park your car in exchange of a very small amount of money but also you can park in special places on the street if you find one nearby. There are a lot of such places nearby the hotel.

excellent location right next to the station & bus station & a 5-10 minute walk to the town centre depending on how fast you walk. The public areas are pleasant to sit in & enjoy a drink & the hotel was clean.

Rooms had a couple of wee niggles which weren’t fixed when we enquired. our air con didn’t cool (not an issue in March but from April onwards would have been unbearable) & my parents sink didn’t drain.

Location is a big plus especially if arriving and leaving by train. The room is clean and spacious. The beds are super comfy. A little far from the old part of Cordoba but the walk to get there was through the park so it was pleasant. We arrived early in the morning but were given the room right away. The staff was helpful with directions.

Slightly on the expensive side but given the quality of stay, we would happily stay with them again. Quite a walk to the old part of Cordoba but very easy to navigate.

The property is on a primate location, whereby you can walk across a wide main pedestrian-oriented pathway that connects the mosque-cathedral and other cultural. The need for the car was not significant. The city is rather flat compared with other Andalusian cities. The staff were nice and facilities were adequate.

The rooms were ok, but I guess were a little bit smaller than other hotels of their rank.

No kettle for tea making. Only espresso making machine - I am not a coffee drinker. Requested for a kettle but got a jug of hot water instead. Duvet was hidden in the closet. Breakfast was so-so

The hotel is minutes walk from the train station. It is around 20 minutes walk from the old town just through the park. It wasn't a bad walk and we found the location fine as we were arriving by train. It is a classic business hotel. Beds were comfy. Water pressure was good.

The doors slam shut so you jump every time one of your neighbours enters or leaves.

We stayed just one night, arrived and left by train, so our key need was to stay close to the train station. The hotel is perfect for such scenario.

Nothing wrong with the hotel itself, but if you have time to enjoy old Cordoba, there are more authentic boutique hotels to choose from.
