The layout, rooms and staff

The lunch menu at the pool bar did not offer creative healthy dishes which as a spa hotel should have been a large part of the menu. The quality was poor, felt like pre made chicken just heated up. Very basic even for a snack menu. The kebab wrap just had lots of leftover meat cut up small mixed with mayo and a few leaves. I had a lot of gristle it was horrible. Felt like I was eating food from some else's plate. We did not eat at the restaurant but very much enjoyed the breakfast! Well thought out. Loved the staff, very professional.

The breakfast was ideal, and a lot of choice. The pool and surroundings were excellent, and seemed to be just enough space as it is high season.. The room was comfortable but maybe a little basic. Felt that you could’ve put water in the fridge when you first arrive. The bathroom is very good and modern but no option to keep water in the sink.

Think I’ve mentioned that the sink in the bathroom will not hold water, which I know as it has no overflow. There was no water in the fridge when you arrived, which I think would’ve been nice to have.

The hotel was very good. Very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Anything we asked for was provided. We couldn't fault them. I would recommend this hotel. It is close enough to the Port d Andratx for a nice walk.

Unfortunately at the end of our stay we clashed with a medical conference in the hotel and they were incredibly noisy until the early hours of the morning, but this was not down to the hotel it was members of the conference not being very considerate to other people staying in the hotel.

Very good breakfast with a mimosa or two to start the day well. Ala carte dinner was to a good standard with daily specials. The outside layout allowed plenty of privacy to enjoy the super sunshine. The hotel never felt busy and had a very relaxing atmosphere.

The outside dining space was small for the number of guests how to enlarge that would be an interesting problem to solve. Nighttime entertainment could well be extended and the lovely piano player at breakfast appeared only once more would have been welcome and would really improve the overall relaxing nature of the hotel. We would. welcome an evening happy hour as this encourages guest to mingle and chat

We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade that had a beautiful terrace overlooking the port. The spa was great, and the delicious breakfast and thoughtful amenities like beach towels and early breakfast made our stay even more enjoyable.

The TV had connectivity issues, preventing us from using Netflix or connecting our devices. Bathrobes were provided only once, and due to interconnected rooms, noise from neighboring guests, like a baby crying at 6 am, was unpleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at Mon Port. The pool is great, the breakfast extensive (and with local delicacies), and the setting is lovely. On top of it, the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the Port, with a nice walk along the water.

Beautiful resort style hotel with stunning grounds that are very well maintained. Breakfast was great with lots of food choices. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunloungers. There was a saxophone player one of the evenings which was lovely. Around a 5 minute walk down to the harbour and 15 minute walk to the busy part of Port Andratx where there are lots of lovely restaurants and bars.

Very good. On arrival you could tell the staff were very welcoming. Excellent service from the start! I’m not Racist, but there were a very unkind German trio? We noticed them in the Miramar Restaurant, in the Port. We were in a large family group. We were very happy to be in each other’s company after Covid. My Family are regular to the area ,as they have a boat ! These people complained about us in the Restaurant, which i felt had no provocation? Once part of our group arrived back at the Hotel for drinks at a reasonable hour, we realised the offending trio were in our Hotel? We didn’t want to make a fuss as we all have different customs and ways? After a good while they left the bar. Almost immediately after they left, the Bar staff asked us to keep the noise down??? I woke up every morning to shouting and very loud conversation in and around the Pool , at a very early hour! Please let’s all get along! This is a lovely Hotel!!! 5 Star Staff!

friendly and helpful staff Good, fresh food Good wines Great Spa Pools lovely Gardens well kept and it was like a little oasis Parking easy Good twin beds of a decent size and length

Feedback given that bathroom fan didn't work and no windows in bathroom to help The sliding doors onto the balcony were so clean both myself and my husband and my father in a different room bumped into them badly thinking they were open. I fed this back and hope they can perhaps put a sticker on them. Would have preferred a sofa to two small chairs

Fantastic staff, especially the manager who could not have been more helpful. Close to the restaurants of Port Andratx but the hotel food was also very good.

Spa facilities were generally very good but just a bit of maintenance was looking necessary.
