The breakfast was delicious

The bed wasn’t that comfortable, it kept making the noise 🤦‍♀️🤪but rather than that the place looked so perfect

The service , the friendly staff and clean room

Breakfast menu was underwhelming, there was no microwave to warm up the food.

The accommodation is located at a very convenient location

The cleanliness of the carpet is a concern if you have health issues

The place is modern and the very clean

Breakfast has very small meat portions and there is no privacy with the bathroom especially when you staying with a child

Room was so clean and they have 3 swimming pools to choose from. Breakfast was great as well.

1st time eating breakfast it was so cold, I was not happy, 2nd and 3rd time it was better. Cuddlery wasn't so clean including the glasses, even the table where we were sitting they wasn't so clean. The location is not so perfect cos apparently the town is not safe. But the ladies from reception they gave us exceptional service especially Lebogang she was so perfect.

The Staff and owners were professional, they upgraded our room on request. Fatima the Staff was always friendly, helpful all the time. All other staff members were forever friendly.

provide a restaurant that serve lunch and supper because at times it is nice to relax and order your food within the facility without having to drive out to other restaurant. The property was in the middle of extension the building, there were banging noise during day and night and they disturbed a bit since most of times were busy with work.

Loved the chilling areas as well as the different pools available to us. The dinner Friday night was very tasty, big up to the chefs and the clean cool rooms in this heat was great.

Friday night guests who arrived for conference made noise till 4am so it was difficult to sleep. Very inconsiderate and unfair that they were not told to go to their rooms as they were behaving like school kids on a field trip. Unacceptable!

The welcoming at the reception was fantastic, the place is very clean beautiful as shown on the pictures, having enough swimming pools , bed were comfortable and spa facility was the cherry on top.shoping mall are nearer , my kids and I had a great weekend . Celebrating my birthday here was the best 👌 and they prepared my room so nice to make my birthday feels more special

The coolness of the place. The place looks amazing, with the modern style setting.

There were a lot of people making noise outside at the night. The people looked like they were partying. People should respect other visitors privacy because you do not know the reason for their visit. Also management should have controlled the level of noise.
