From the gate security was welcoming safe parking,at reception warm welcome. Staff were friendly. Percy made sure we settle in well . Room was as exactly as the pictures 🤩🤩🤩🤩. Enough towels 👌👌👌 They accommodated the microwave where everyone can reach it The following day in the terrace where breakfast was served it was wooow,they served best breakfast. Wish u can add 3rd swimming pool. Overall definitely 100% . Definitely coming back

The place was in a very quiet town. But once you enter the premises, you feel like you in a different place. The place is very beautiful. I love the mini pools around the premises, it so beautiful.

The Breakfast seating, The tables are not cleared/cleaned for the next guest to have breakfast, and even when guest seat down, tables are not checked that there is enough utensils on the table. We had to borrow from the next. It would be nice to be seated at a clean table with the necessary utensils.

The place is so beautiful and the pools are kept clean. The rooms were super clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was super friendly and nice, when you asked something they were quick to respond and attend to it.The breakfast was amazing! We had a great time.This hotel is truly a destination to relax. we will definitely go back 😍😍

Went with my kids for relaxation n bounding time, so the place was perfect for retreat, At the reception when my child ask for something they agreed, my 9yrs Old son felt at home, he never been so happy, they required extra spoons, cups n sugar. They even got cookies. They went for gyming session. The curtesy was out of this world 💥💥💥

Clean although one day on the 31 December 2023 I requested housekeeping to clean the rooms at 16:00 after having a day trip.

Failing to manage a large group. We kept on waiting for many things during breakfast. Sometimes using cups for juice.

Rooms are very neat and modern. Breakfast was also very good. Clean and the outside areas are also very nice and inviting.

The setup for the breakfast wasn't the best. Felt a bit clustered. Our bed was 2 single beds but the one is slightly harder than the other one so if you are lying in the middel you can feel the difference.

The room was beautiful and comfortable Breakfast was delicious Staff was lovely

We needed access to WiFi so that my husband could work remotely from his laptop, but for half of our stay the Internet was not working. It was one of the main reasons we chose the venue, and that was the only disappointing factor.

The rooms are as in the pictures. The breakfast was great.

The location is correct but the signage outside says Swift. Copperwood is not visible. We thought we are lost and it was during the night so you don't feel safe driving around looking for a place only to find out Swift is the place you are supposed to be at.

The food was amazing, tasty and yummy. The staff wow, the room from the security guard the welcoming, the chef knows her story from dinner to breakfast the desert, the pap, the friendliness although they are renovating i didn't even hear a sound of noise. That exceeded my expectations
