The personnel is always positive and ready to help! Booking process is smooth and easy. Breakfast is above average. The areas for breakfast and coffee are spacious and relaxing. The rooms are comfortable and clean.

The building is showing signs of age. Carpets in the rooms in my opinion need a major cleaning (or even replacing). Bathrooms although clean have a shine of age especially at the sealing points (which cannot be cleaned- only replaced).

Staff is profesional and yet not "robotic", but genuinly approachable. Room is very clean and modern. Hotel itself is very nice, would even say 4* hotel. Very near two big shopping malls. Special mention to the room service lady who was such a delight in her attitude. For all other guests reading this review and deciding if they will book it - this comes from hotel customer service specialist.

I knew this when I booked, but it is far away from city center. Please note that I come from the tiny country - for people coming from "normal size" countries not a big deal as they are used to public transport 😊.

Staff is very friendly and they offer secured parking place with a ramp on entrance, should fit a large SUV without much difficulties. Bus station is very close in case you need it to go to center and other places, as well a lot of small shops nearby.

There wasn’t a hot water for 1 day, I complained multiple times and said it’s unacceptable for the price I’m paying, but their reason was, “sir our hotel is full at the moment hence we don’t have enough heated water, try later”.

The spa and the pool are great assets in this hotel! The staff is helpful and attentive! There is parking even in the one in front of the hotel is packed, like in our case, there is a public space for free across the hotel. Its near by the Danube river and its handy for walks along the river. There are a lot of fast food places next to the hotel as well. We have used the dining place and we got great food served.

The twin rooms are too small, with no room to move around. The shower sewage would get stuck the moment you have the water running. The lobby would smell like cigarette smoke most of the time as people smoke inside the lobby bar and the dining room.

The staff is very professional, and engaged with whatever you need. The price was excellent and they gave us a suite which was a complete surprise. Standard breakfast with lots of options. Bathroom was very clean as was the whole suite. The gym is exceptional. The staff don't bother you at all.

The facilities were good, except the pool could be more clean but it was okay.

I suggest who is going to visit the city of Serbia Belgrad to stay in this hotel. There is all facilities very good breakfast, easy to reach every where with the public transport just 1 minute walk from the hotel to get buses for the city. Very helpful staff. Thanks

Very good value for money

The day I checked out there was a marathon blocking access to the hotel. This made it impossible to get a cab after 9.00 am. Eventually, I was supported in getting a cab at 8.55, but I had to get ready and pack in 5 minutes and skip breakfast. I would have appreciated an advance notice, so to get up earlier.

Spacious rooms, friendly and kind staff, breakfast was with variety of food and its served in a cozy and nice restaurant. Just outside of hotel there is a street with a lot of shops and fast foods. Five min walk from the hotel you can reach a shore of Danube river which offers nice walks and bars along the river.

The location off the hotel is the excellent.The apartement on seventh floor is excellent,clean and comfortable.The fokd in the restaurant is excellent.The staff is friendly.

The only complaint is the insufficient number of parking places,and the biggest complaint is the payment of 10 e,if there is a free parking place.

The Staff is absolutely faboulous! They are all very competent, helpful, kind and prompt to your requests. Their assistance starts way before you arrive in their Hotel with organising all what you need for you trip until you depart, where they great you as a part of their family member. :) Thank you again for everything.
