Envoy Hotel

it’s beautiful location and I can say it’s the beating heart hotel of Belgrade Centre

the only thing I didn’t like about the property is that I couldn’t find anything to be disliked

We loved the location of the hotel, it was right on one of the main streets and almost everything was within walking distance. The room was clean and the housekeeping team did a great job with that. The food at the restaurant downstairs was great as well, with a special compliment to Branko who engaged with us very well, gave very useful recommendations around the city and was generally a very nice person.

The only negative point that I can say towards the hotel is that the air conditioning doesn’t work so great. As we understand the compressors are set on a certain timer but we found it very warm and at times it made it a bit difficult to sleep.

Excellent location staff were very helpful with advice on the best place to get a sim card (the Yettel shop) and where to eat/drink. I arrived early and they were able to sort me out an early check in and free upgrade to the junior suite which was fantastic. The breakfast is exceptional - great variety and a particular shoutout to the smoked meats! Location is excellent with a 24 supermarket 30seconds across the road and some tasty mexican/chip shop/pub also only 45 seconds from the hotel. The gym/sauna facilites are very high quality for a hotel and were suprisingly empty! The general hotel aesthetic was superb.

To stay at Envoy was the best hotel experience me and my family have ever had. It's located right in the city centre where every restaurant&shop are within walking distance. Once you enter into the hotel and the rooms, you absolutely don't hear any noise of the crowd outside which was super important to us. Rooms are wonderfully clean, breakfast has many options to choose from, the ingredients and drinks were always so delicious and fresh (in fact, the best hotel breakfast I've had in European hotels). Most importantly, the hotel staff were super respectful and helpful in every way, from airport transfer to guiding us through our never-ending questions. They went the extra mile to make us feel like it was our home for the duration of our stay. We enjoyed staying at Envoy so much that we won't even be looking for another hotel for our next trips in Belgrade.

I stayed with my family at the hotel and we were pleasantly surprised with the facility, location, staff and food. Again Booking.com reviews turned to be accurate. An excellent breakfast is served at the lovely small restaurant at the ground floor. Architectural finishes of the premise are excellent, wifi speed great, rooms size are more than enough (European standard), rooms on higher floors are easily accessible by the lift . Staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. On top of all the mentioned the location cannot be better. Some 50 to 70 meters from the main city square. Highly recommended for both business and tourist trips.

Since the hotel is placed in the pedestrian area, you have to walk from and to the taxi station some 50 m which is not an issue at all.

I check-in hotel alone around 20-21 pm. My girlfriend could not come with me due to her sudden job. Hotel, room and staff was very good. Than I started to sleep. Same night at near 03:00-04:00 I feel very sick and I suddenly started vomiting. 3 or 4 times maybe. Than go to lobby to ask for help. There were very helpful 2 recepsionist. They were very interested in my illness and find a 24hour hospital than call a taxi for me. And there was a man from hotel staff he escorted me to the taxi and told the taxi driver the name of the hospital it was urgent. I go to Acibadem Bel Medic hospital. It was the worst night of my life because of my ilness. Than I back hotel at 09:00 am. I got better thanks to the hotel staff. Because of my ilness I left hotel before I planned and come back to my country Turkiye. I am Very very thanks to Hotel Envoy and all staff.

The location is extremely central. You are within walking distance to most of the 'well known' places and landmarks. One slight negative aspect is that the cab from the airport cannot drop you off directly in front of the hotel because it is located on a pedesterian street. Breakfast is nothing special but not bad at all. Staff is helpful and will try to accomodate you for all reasonable requests (early check in for example). Room quality is excellent, two types of pillows, nice bed, great wifi and a clean bathroom.

It is very nice hotel in the center of Belgrade, just 10-15-minute walk from Kalemegdan Fortress and Park. The main shopping street is a few meters outside of the hotel. The location is superb to explore Stari Grad and places around it like the Church of St. Sava, Botanical Garden, Belgrade Zoo etc. The breakfast is very good: diverse choice of dishes is available. I stayed on the ninth floor, and the room was quiet despite the hotel being in the center of the city.

Charming cozy lobby and restaurant. Responsive professional staff. Clean stylish rooms with the painings by the famous Serbian writer Momo Kapor on the walls. Windows with good sound insulation

I will note one minus for those who prefer to sleep with an open window. From the side of the main entrance Maxi supermarket is located. Products are loudly unloaded at night

Straight A for this hotel!! Perfectly located in the pedestrian area of Belgrade, you can easily explore the city. Kudos to all the staff as they were all exceptional, very friendly, especially Senka, Anica, Nicola. Staff at the breakfast also very helpful. As for the cleanliness,, immaculate. We will definitely visit Belgrade again and stay at Envoy!
