very silent room at the back. So i did not hear anything of the main street rumours. I could even sleep with the window open. I like d the very good breakfast. It is in the middel of the main street city.

The access to the wellness. The sauna was not really for the hotelguess and to expensive. The sanitair soap like shower/hair soap and the body milk was not renewed when it was totally used. the first day they did nor follow the rules of not changing the towels for climate impact when I just had them on the right place. there is no gym or anything.

Located in the pedestrian zone and in the heart of Belgrade. Shops, restaurants, cafes, places of interest , museums, parks, everything nearby but not noisy at all. Big thanks to all staff. All of them polite, friendly and helpful, from receptionists to restaurant to cleaners. Very good restaurant indeed, food is superb. Rooms are spacious, clean and with all amenities. If there is something needed, response is immediate. We have been to over 30 countries and this is one of the best hotels we stayed at and with the best staff.

Nothing at all

Welcoming and attentive staff on the reception and in the breakfast restaurant. Good housekeeping, everything is clean. The breakfast was surprisingly nice, good quality for that price. We booked transfer to the the airport through the reception. The car was clean and spacious, the driver polite and careful. The hotel has an elevator (albeit one) which was crucial to us and not so common for accomodation in this area. The hotel is on Knez Mikhailova so all major sightseeing is in the walking distance.

Pillows were not convenient, especially smaller one. We had an extra sleeping place on the fold out sofa, the mattress is thin and the mechanism tends to move, so you sleep not quite horizontally. Strange taste of the orange juice on breakfast. The AC in the room is rather strong and not really regulated. But it can be really stuffy in the room without it. All in all it was a nice accommodation for this price.

Excellent location, but since it is located at a busy shopping street I recommend bringing earplugs if you have a light sleep. The receptionists are super friendly and helpful. I received a free upgrade to a Junior Suite because my room was not ready yet at arrival (which I did not expect to begin with, since I arrived at 12). Rich and very good breakfast buffet, my highlight were cherries that looked like freshly picked from our own tree. Black tea tags were refilled quickly after I addressed the staff.

It is a bit of a pity that the breakfast did not take place in the restaurant facing the street but in a separate room behind the restaurant without windows. Other minor things that I am used to from frequent traveling, but that should possibly be fixed in a 4 star place: slow water drain from the bathroom sinks, underpowered ventilation, I also missed a trolley stand.

The location of Belgrade Art is fabulous. Right on the main street, Knez Mihailova and walking distance to main attractions, Trg, Kalemegdan, Skardalija and many more. Lot's of great restaurants nearby with lots of buzz and ambience. A special mention to Maja who ensured our coffee was just right. We stayed 5 nights and Maja was always professional, attentive with a beautiful smile. Definitely an asset to BA!

I hope this comment will be helpful to all those who are searching for an amazing hotel to stay in while in Belgrade. From the very check in until check out our experience was extraordinary. Location is the best you can ask for, room was amazing, but those who made this 10* experience are staff. Our room had an issue with WiFi, I just mentioned this to ladies at front desk and they immediately moved us to another room, 30min later we got fruit platter with apologies. Since there were not to many guest at the hotel, breakfast was al a carte, so there were less options, but staff informed us we could adjust anything to our liking and this really made a difference. I would like to mention Ms. Anja, Ms. Milica and Mr. Milovan working at front desk, they are above everything I ever expected. As well lovely gentlemen working at the restaurant, Miladin, Stevan and David, they were so kind and professional and made us every morning the best coffee you could start your day with. As well all the ladies from house keeping, very kind and hard working. Hotel management is really doing an amazing job, I hope hotel manager will read this comment and be proud of his extraordinary team. You made this pregnant lady very happy those 9 days, thank you for everything.

The hotel is very well located, in the shopping street but quiet at night, it lacks iron to be perfect. the staff was very pleasant, and warm. The taxi can’t get to the street, so he drops you two minutes walk from the hotel. This didn’t bother me, but it’s good to know.

I am usually pretty demanding on my reviews, but nothing to point out here. Great location, good room, cleanliness, good breakfast but most of all, excellent staff. I travel a lot and the staff make or break the place. Here, they make it. Great place to stay while travelling Srbija and Beograd!

The staff was very nice and the ambience is comfortable. The location is central.

You just have to know that the hotel is on a closed pedestrian street in the very heart of the city; to get there in a taxi, you need to get as close as you can and walk-in. So it's in a central location and very pleasant to walk around the area, but getting in with your luggage (or in bad weather) could be inconvenient.

The location of the hotel is perfect. The room size was good and the girl at the reception desk was quite helpful and friendly.

It was a bit disappointing not to have a balcony attached to our room as we had hoped for. Breakfast items were repeated on both days of our stay there. The service staff seemed indifferent at the breakfast station. The quality and variety of food items can definitely be improved upon. Check-in took a little longer than expected, particularly after a long drive from another country to reach the hotel.
