My experience at this hotel was nothing short of delightful. The staff, particularly Ahalm at the reception and Taher, were exceedingly friendly and always had a welcoming smile. Their hospitality truly made my stay memorable. Moreover, the location is absolutely stunning, offering picturesque views that are simply breathtaking. Special thanks to Ahalm and Taher for their exceptional service and warm demeanor. I look forward to returning to this wonderful location in the near future.

I must point out a safety concern regarding the bathtub in the shower area. The step to get into the bathtub is quite high, which could pose a potential danger, especially for seniors or those with mobility issues. It might be beneficial for the management to consider installing safety measures to prevent accidents such as falls.

A comfy bed, friendly of the staff, the nice view of the sea view and my kids love the kids club in 1st floor they are nice with them and so friendly, the good thing they gave me extra bed for free and that so generous from the hotel. and the assistant of my room in the hotel (Gopal) brought me a plate of sweet with greeting card really from this edifice I send you my regards and thanks Gopal.

Breakfast was under the expectation and not rate it as a 5 stars, I think they have to innovate the new menu, for example: eggs umlet & yogurt had not good taste & staff in breakfast hall Another thing coffee machine is hard to control to make a coffee in my room, I lost many capsules for that.

Danah room, the view, the sunset, perfect for honeymooners and anniversaries. Exquisite Dannah room was my choice, Romantic package and welcome amenities for honeymooners/ anniversaries: real red rose decorations and Bouquet، a cake of your choice, bottle of sparkling grapes, a meal of your choice. Intimate Breakfast in Bed: Wake up to a delicious breakfast. The Dannah room feature a private jacuzzi where you can relax and unwind together. Remember, the perfect stay is subjective and may vary based on personal preferences.

Such an amazing hotel. Great location, very friendly staff. Dining Buffets are full of variety of delicious items. Spacious well-decorated room (Amwaj). I loved the room being equipped with a special steam room and Jacuzzi. Special thanks to our butler (Saleh), our dining host (Jetou) and the decent smart concierge (Somaya). Was such a great experience hope I`ll repeat it very soon. I do recommend this hotel for all Jeddah visitors.

Rooms facing the red sea are amazing. I was very impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the front desk staff and our battler. They all went out of their way to accommodate our requests and make us feel at home. Very comfortable and spacious suits.

The room was terrific, and the food was good. The breakfast was nice, and the quality was excellent. The wifi is also nice and fast, and we never had an issue.

The only concern we had is the restaurant staff were slow in their service and had almost zero smiles, and sometimes you have to call them 3-4 times to get your coffee, for example.

The hotel was amazing and the hospitality was great and specially that it was our first spot in our honeymoo and we had a great butler he was so helpful (dierlin)..

Just one thing was not clear for us which is the GYM we’ve been told me and my wife that females are not allowed to enter the gym at the hotel by the staff at the gym then went to ask the Manager she said females can enter the GYM from 10 am to 2PM so just update the staff that females can use the gym.

- The staff of the hotel were one of the best I've ever experienced. They were all nice, well trained, polite and helpful. Thank you all 🙏 - The room service is great and responsive. - Clean in every detail, the room, the hotel itself and the staff as well everything were clean and neat. - Rooms are quite and comfort you just feel like home.

- Noticed a smoking smell sometimes even though our room were non smoking.

Location is super on the red sea and nice to walk along the sea and many resturants, Room is spacious and very clean and thanks to the room service, view of the sea you cant ask more, so awesome. Breakfast is excellent and all chef in resturant very helpful and kind

I didnt like the lobby especailly the enterance, the door is huge and closed most of the time and you cant see thru as it should be glass like most hotels also guests has to open the door if no staff around, coz no one inside knows guests want to open the door. So most of the time guests has to open the door by them self as I noticed especially when most staff are busy or not around Also the lobby not spacious and all front desk area small and not very elegant looking , should be glass counters like most 5 star hotels also lighting so dim and dull.
