Swissotel Living Jeddah

During our first visit to Swissotel living Jeddah, we were pleasantly surprised by a wonderful upgrade Thanks to Mr.Danish housekeeping manager, for making our stay extra special! We truly appreciate it. The place was very nice and location. It exceeded our expectations in every aspect - from the ambiance to the service, making our stay truly delightful and memorable. Thais, we were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our experience.

I received an upgrade to a 1 BR Apartment, so I can't complain. The sofa and living were bigger than most flats in Asia.

The facilities are a little bit dead (no coffee, or the lounge on the rooftop is lifeless) because there are so many cafes around.

The staff starting from the receptionist to the bell boy everyone were very polite, professional and helpful. The location good and having a lot of coffee shops and restaurants around

The price is a bit high No signs for the hotel entrance make it difficult for the taxi or Uber to find it

EVERYTHING!! EXCEPTIONAL!! the pool the SPA the service the friendly staff the Resturant the interior design the furniture the food all of it. hands down one of the best luxurious hotels I’ve stayed at and let me tell you what I appreciated the most as a women, they have a 2 hour window designated to females only to use their rooftop POOL SPA and gym! live that luxury life modestly and under the sun ! wow just wow. book them don’t hesitate

The hotel staff were very professional, very polite and very friendly. Always ready to support and provide assistance. Very punctual. They guided us to all our travel needs. Very proud also to see young Saudi hospitality staff taking control and management of their hotel business. Hotel location is ideal and there are few places at walking distance if you choose not to eat at hotel. Thursday sea food night was perfect and well priced. Breakfast is wonderful. The room is very modern, spotless and elegantly decorated. Hotel corridor’s are refreshed with an amazing scent all day. Kitchenette is very useful and perfectly equipped. If you are visiting Jeddah this is the place to be. Thanks to all.

A beautiful hotel, very clean and quiet, and its location is great. The staff is very hospitable and professional and pays attention to the smallest details for the comfort of the guest. With a smile from everyone. Thank you to Mr.Sbihi, Abdul Rahman, Shurooq, Jawad, Youssef, you are all wonderful.

it was very clean and the location was perfect for me. The furniture and the room decorations were amazing. Also car parking was available . The hotel is very quite , so it is perfect for relaxing

Amazing place to stay. Luxurious and comfortable. We have been upgraded to a 1-Bedroom apartment and I can't recommend enough! Underground private parking available (complimentary). Staff is very professional and responsive, with an easy communication over whatsapp with the housekeeping team if desired. Rooms are very clean, bedding is comfortable, Kitchens are very functional, I can keep going... just book there.

You might be told by the reception that there are 2 hours a day where the swimming pool area is only for ladies, but if that's something you want to benefit from, make sure you announce it and specifically ask the reception to ask all men and staff to leave. Else, this rule is not really practiced... In practice you would never have the pool only for ladies...
