A really nice house. Good room, spotlessly clean and a handy location. Check in was remote with codes but easy and the owners in touch via whats app.

A minor point only. The room had an emergency light above the door which could not be turned off. It lit the room up at night in a green glow which was too bright. It would be better if this was not there.

Great location, lovely friendly staff

Could have done with a dustpan and brush in the room as there was only a clean at the end of the stay and there was sand from the beach in the room. Having said that a staff member came and hoovered when I asked for a dustpan and brush.

Very comfortable bed, TV had Netflix app and was a very good quality modern TV. The air conditioning unit was modern and very good. The lounge was also very nice. I liked the way technology was used,.made the check in quick and easy by entering simple codes. Without the need of a key for the room or outside door.

I think the water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Parking was available outside, but was paid on street parking. Could have had a light in the shower, would have been nice.

The house is absolutely gorgeous. Lovely garden area. Location is a big plus - short walk from the beach, restaurants etc. I would happily visit again. The staff created such a nice relaxed atmosphere. Chatting with guests during breakfast and always available for anything needed.

Nothing to dislike.

Everything - i even found english news and movie channels which is not that common. bed was amazing, huge and very comfortable. the outside garden space was tranquility. the staff were lovely.

i wasn't keen on the coffee from the coffee machine in the lounge area, but it was free. otherwise everything was perfect, and I'd love to return and stay here.

There was nowhere to store luggage while we were at the beach after we had checked out. They very kindly let us keep our luggage in a hotel room until 3pm, which was a big deal as the room then had to be cleaned for the next guest arriving at 4pm, and so we were very grateful for that, but it would be good for future guests if there was somewhere to store luggage until later if possible.

The staff made me feel like this was my own home, a fantastic place and I will be back soon. Big thanks to Patricia and her team for making it the best hotel experience I have ever had.

Small but nice, high quality room. Beautiful garden to chill, unfortunately we had rain, so could not take advantage of it. Main common area was also very nice to relax. Door codes were very practical. Drive to Lisbon town centre is about 30 minutes. Easy communication & checkin. Would stay again.

Our room was facing the street, so was a bit noisy.

If you just want to jump on a train for 30 min from Lisbon and stay 5 min from the beach. This modern, cosy and clean Boutique Hotel, ticks the boxes. They were nice to upgrade me to a room with a view and the texting checkin, ( you don't need a key, you just get codes sent to your phone) Made it the easiest checkin, I have tried in my 30 years of traveling alone. I loved it was "Adults Only" and I almost felt I had the whole place to my self, it was so quiet and peaceful. Just a lovely place to recharge. The service was perfect ( Especially Patricia the receptionist & Diogo ) Since I got an upgrade and a deal online, I definitely felt I got a great deal. I will recommend to friends who like to keep it simple and just want an easy getaway.

The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Everything in the room was new and modern. Outside there is a lovely lounge zone with a kitchen, we had breakfast there with a coffee shop takeout.

The room is cleaned once every three days. We stayed there two nights so the room was never cleaned and we found it a bit difficult to keep the place clean ourselves. Just small annoying things like the beach sand from our suits and flip flops that got everywhere, the mirror in the bathroom that was always covered in water splashes and so on. I think it’d felt nicer if the room got some basic daily fresh-up. Also there is really little space for clothes storage. It was kinda okay for us, but might be really inconvenient for a longer stay.
