Lovely location with great views. Good selection of restaurants close by. Pool area excellent with sun loungers always available. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

Recurring problems with access card to room not working- on the top floor and irritating having to constantly go to reception when we couldn’t get into our room. Building work taking place across from the hotel which was very noisy from 8.00am to 5.00pm. No notification of this at time of booking.

The hotel is in a perfect spot if you have a car; easy to park, while offering great ocean views, and not conjested, like many close-in hotels might be. Beautiful walking/biking opportunities along the gorgeous coast. Our Oceanview room with balcony was great. Old town Cascais is not a far walk when you want to explore it. While there, we also drove to Cabo do Roca, and Sintra, for wonderful day trips. And numerous great coastal restaurants to enjoy. Wow!

While we were there, the otherwise peaceful surroundings were disrupted with construction activity at the adjacent property, from 8 am pretty much all day during Monday - Friday. Probably not much the hotel could do about it, but it was annoying.

Balcony with a sea view and comfy bed!

Ordered coffee latte in the room and the coffee didn't come! Had to call them 3 times until someone came and sent them but the coffee was cold so had to send them back! They were supposed to come back with the coffee 5 mins later and the coffee didn't show up again! Called reception and they said they will check with the bar! Finally, coffee latte came but the cups was so small! Very disappointed!

Comfortable, modern room with sea view. Marta, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel's a little far from town centre/the station, but this meant parking on the premises/on the street just outside was easy and free, and UBER is cheap and quick if you don't fancy the 20 minute walk.

My biggest gripe is with Booking.com - had I booked directly with the hotel I'd have got free breakfast included for the same price, which booking.com didn't tell me. I extended my stay after three (hungry) mornings directly with the hotel to take advantage of this. Felt a bit cheated, to be honest.

Superb breakfast, great sized pool and lovely location just outside of Cascais - we really enjoyed the walk in and out of the town each day. We originally were placed in a room overlooking the construction site at the front of the hotel but after speaking with staff, they kindly arranged for us to be moved to a different room following a cancellation. Would highly recommend booking the sea view room as is! The staff were really great, so helpful and never overbearing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will hopefully be back.

Outside Views from the glass balcony are just spectacular.

You don’t have have a dedicated business room center for a nice hotel like that.When I wanted to print out a document from my email account, I was suggested to email it to your hotel account. However for sensible information that would not work well and is unprofessional. The back ground office room behind a counter looks cluttered, it needs to be tidy up by turning around the wires and desk computer arrangements. On the last day we had to check out earlier to catch up with our return flight to Miami. A young hotel attendant by name Rodrigo went out of his way and made Cappuccino for us, knowing that we will miss the great breakfast at Eurostar. We will definitely come back again to Cascais and stay at Eurostar Hotels.

Very comfortable bed, very clean, nice walking path to town along the ocean. Definitely get a room with an ocean view!

Everything was great but would be nice if you could order coffee at breakfast.

Beautiful views, delicious buffet breakfast, excellent quality food, highly professional and accommodating staff members. I was offered many perks & unexpected extras which made me & my clients have a remarkable experience at this hotel.

Although the junior suite was not available as requested, the reception manager did everything in his power to accommodate my business needs. My clients were impressed. The staff softened into excellent service despite the hiccups. Junior Suite could receive some furniture upgrades. Unfortunately construction works happening next-door from 8am - it didn’t bother me, since this was a business trip and I was up early anyway, but I would have been disappointed for a peaceful romantic get-away here.

Hotel with a wonderful view of the ocean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, room not too big but well organized with enough wardrobes and space for luggage.

A minus could be the pool, which is quite small considering that there is no beach in the area. For us it was not important, but if you want to come in the summer for the water and the beach, it is quite far from the nearest beaches (about 25 minutes walk to the beach). The water in the sink drains quite hard.

The water temperature in the pool was great and the pool was big enough for swimming. Great staff, very friendly and well trained. The food at the restaurant was good and we were also offered the option of eating next to the pool.

The water temparature in the shower was inconsistent (very hot, very cold). The problem could not be fixed by the maintenance staff, therefore we were offered a discount for the final bill (restaurant & pool bar).
