Very easy to get to from the airport and to travel to the city centre. It was clean and the staff where very helpful. We arrived at roughly 1pm and knew our room wouldn't be ready until 3pm we just wanted to see if we could drop off our bags but the staff kindly let us know that the room was ready to check into which was great. There's a snack bar and a microwave you can use in the reception area which was very well stocked. There's also a corner store right across the street if needed. The rooms are clean and the TV allows you to stream from your phone too. We couldn't hear any street noise or noise from other guests.

Nothing that we didn't like however there was an issue with the hot water in our bathroom on the second night. We called reception and they came up immediately to assist us and check things out. Unfortunately they couldn't fix it but they very quickly gave us keys to an empty room close by so we could shower there. They where very apologetic but it wasn't their fault at all, just one of those things and they handled it really well and as best as we could've expected.

Everything. The location is good, just 5 minutes away from the city centre. There are many various cafe and restaurants to go out (my choices are the Lawenda cafe for breakfast and Piwna Stopa bar for good draft beers). There is some parking space in front of the hotel (free of charge from 8 p.m. till 8 a.m.) and a large parking behind (3 zl. per hour). By the way, the hotel underground parking is also an option (60 zl. per 24h). Pets are welcomed (60 zl. per night). There is a cozy pets corner in the hotel lobby with water and feed. Our room was comfortable and big enough. The bed was really comfy. WiFi was speedy. The personal were helpful.

Very friendly and supportive english speaking staff, clean and modern facilities, tea kettle in a room, blackout curtains, central a/c, radiator in the bathroom to dry clothes/towels, excellent buffet breakfast (and restaurant & bar+ concession stand), garage parking below, very close to old town and main square (5-10min walk), zabka (convenience store) literally 10 ft across from the hotel entrance. Has a very small gym in the basement as well.

Basic room was well set up, had the basics , but a bit dim (limited lighting) and on a small side . To counter that, wish the hotel could have more common shared lobby seating area spaces allocated for guests that are not in a bar/restauraunt, like a co-working space with desks. Also, we had to move rooms because of this (pictured) electric black box making noise, but staff were very nice about it, no fuss, was a painless process. Overall, the staff went above and beyond.

Almost everything starting from quite and clean room. Extra towels, complimentary water and coffee as well as three different tea. Balcony view was good as well as stuff was helpful.

Shower isnt comfortable. They made it the way that water can go into bathroom and if you are not carefull even to room. There should be something to stop water going out from shower. I believe its not hard to make a glass door there or something on the ground. It was really shock for me to see how poorly designed. Considering everything is almost perfect.

The hotel has a great location, it's worth paying extra for breakfast, it's really tasty, a lot to choose from, including delicious waffles! Really lovely cleaners, breakfast service and helpful receptionists.

Poor quality of pillows (very soft) We had a little problem at check in and as a result we didn't get the room we booked or an extra bed for our daughter, however the hotel staff resolved the situation and we were compensated and given the selected room the next day.

+ nice room style. + very well cleaned. + silent room facing the parking (they should rebrand this hotel parking-inn. :)) + thick blackout curtains. + staff is friendly and professional. + breakfast is great, but a bit expensive if you prefer a light breakfast. Food seems of good quality, most of all I appreciated jam, fruit salad, and the fresh fruit and veggy juices. + good and stable wifi that perfectly support enterprise VPNs.

- walk-in shower without door is a great way to flood the bathroom. - L shaped room (big space with bed and smaller space with desk) makes the room seem smaller that it is, due to bad space allocation. For a 4s hotel outside the very center, I would expect a bigger room. - small desk, just sufficient to work with a laptop, not adequate to a 4s hotel.

Great hotel , this is our 2nd time staying here, it won't be the last! The food is really good ,try the beef burger it's very nice. There is veggie and vegan options also, staff are so nice and helpful, the hotel is spotless and the location is perfect , and it is pet friendly which is great to see , what more can you ask for. We would highly recommend this hotel to all types of travellers.

It's my first time doing my weekend getaway trip in Poland since I moved here a few months ago. So, I picked up the city near Wroclaw, Poland. Poznan is one. This beautiful city really showed me the difference between cities in Poland. People are super friendly here and I choose this hotel is near the old town square just a few mins away by walk. This is a very new hotel and got everything you need nearby. Love the modern design of the room and the space is a good size as well. Give this hotel a try and let me know what you think.

The only thing I think they should improve will be the staff service. This is key for the hotel guest to experience start. So, this is very important for every hotel around the world.

If you are traveling on a motorcycle and the hotel has parking spots available this is easily one of the best spots in Poznan. There are also spaces between the cars on the bottom floor parking hall where one can park a bike. Breakfast, as usual, was a great selection of standard choices. Darkness in the hotel room was near perfect even though I had east facing window, which meant strong sunshine early in the morning.

Can't really think anything! They let me park my bike first and then complete registration, which is the right way to do with motorcyclists. We don't like it if we need to leave our fully loaded bikes unguarded to a busy street for a long time, let alone for the night. Couple of bikes were parked right next to hotel entrance and they were also ok, it is a 24/7 monitored spot but not a spacious one.

Very good location. Breakfast was really nice. But the best thing was people who are working there- everybody was kind, helpful, smiling, it is so uncommon in Poland unfortunately. Room was all right, it was really good to have a kettle and fridge in a room.

AC was making really weird noises, especially at night, but it was working properly. The day before check out, room wasnt clean so well and I was angry about it since it is winter and we were there with baby.
